Just spent about 15 minutes trying to find hand sanitizer/wipes in the Westpark Shopping Center store. Asked 5 different people - NO ONE KNEW WHERE IT'S LOCATED IN THE STORE - and a few weren't even sure what I was referring to. One person at the service desk said it was with the children's diaper wipes!!! HAS THIS STORE NEVER HEARD OF COVID???? Really??!!!! No hand sanitizer or wipes in the entire store??????????!!!!! Will never go to this store again!!!

Best customer service, I did have enough money, and the cashier at the customer service paid my balance. I was so thankful yet surprised by his actions. No one these days seems to care about others, yet he took his own money and helped me. My faith in humanity is restored. I definitely will shop here again.

Love shopping at Publix over Kroger. It’s like having ukrops back in Richmond. Truly a pleasure, especially the John Rolfe location. Get the app and shop the bogos.
