This Pizza Hut serves underbaked pizzas

I saw a Commercial and also a segment on Seth Myers about Pizza Hut's new Detroit Style Pizza. The pizza arrived right on time, 1:00 pm on a Friday. I remember it clearly since it was today 43 mins. ago. Frankly the square pizza with sauce on the top is pretty much a Little Caesar's Knock-Off . I could not tell the difference without the box to identify it. Very doughey and bready . Not nearly enough toppings on it . I got the Pizza 3 toppings, Cinnabons, icing, Breaded Wings, and a Lunch pizza. With the service fee and a $5 tip set me back at $43.15 . The breaded wings were maybe a 3 star , Now on the Praise side, the Cinnabon box of mini rolls were a " I'll be Back "! They were good good..... I'll get those again on a pick up for those indulging days.

Waited almost 3 hours for a single medium pizza. Not to mention this is the second time this happened. Someone should fire the manager. Other wise I would go manage that place myself and change the staffing. This is ridiculous. I work for Eats Restaurants and I worked at a pizza place and the highest ticket time on a "busy night" is 20 minutes. Never would expect Pizza Hut to be 3 hours long.

Everything was going great. Until... I get notification the driver is on the way. Mind you. Pizza Hut is 4 min drive from my place. So I walk outside for the delivery "Contactless" 30 min goes by. To find out. He was sitting in his car for 20 minutes. Without the Pizza Hut sign. On his phone. While I was waiting for my food. I called the manager and she told me I was lying than hung up on me. Horrible.

Although the staff is extremely friendly, I have no idea how Pizza Hut stays in business. I have better quality from frozen pizza at a discount store.

Poorly run. Pizza comes late 30 minutes minimum. 3 pizzas burnt, bread sticks okay. Asked for credit back to credit card for 3 burnt pizzas. Wouldn't do that, bit gave credit for more burnt pizzas. I would rather have not received credit and had pizza not burnt. This has been the norm for this Pizza Hut since they have opened. Shouldn't have expected anything more.

So I went and ordered a pizza with extra sauce and a Hershey pizza. The pizza didn't come with extra sauce and the Hershey's pizza was not cut and undercooked. I called them and the manager told me to bring in my old pie and argued with me saying that it was not undercooked and we never do that. And just having an attitude. I only touches half of one slice, it's not like I ate the whole thing. I used to order pizza here often but I guess not anymore.

Easy to order; prompt and friendly service. Best pizza by far to be delivered out of about 15 from other companies this past year. Pizza was HOT, tasted really, really good.- head and shoulders above Papa Johns, Dominos, Pizza Express, and Rocco's. Very surprised and very pleased.

Worst experience. Waited over 1.5 hours for a pizza that never came. Horrible store. Not ordering pizza hut again because of this.

My boyfriend and I were craving pizza, and ordered at 10:17 pm - not a prime dinner hour, and there really wasn't any special event going on at the time (March Madness was on, but the last game was at 8:30 pm). In general, the tracker is pretty useless, since there are only 3 steps - it would be much more helpful with Papa John's 5 steps to get a better idea of what's going on. The estimated delivery time was 35-40 minutes. After waiting about an hour, we decided to call. No answer. Within the next hour, we attempted to call 2 more times also with no answer. We finally called a 4th time, and someone answered, and told us that our order was on the way and that the delivery driver got a flat tire. I understand that things happen and flat tires throw everything off - but is there no way to have called those whose orders are backed up and give them a heads-up? I know this is Pizza Hut and not a fancy restaurant, but the service over all is just bad. Beyond that, all of the late orders should have received some type of voucher for the wait. At 12:30 am, we finally got the pizza - over 2 hours late. We were literally about to go to sleep. The pizza was also no longer fresh by the time it arrived. The taste was good - the only reason this is not a 1 star.

We ordered 2 large pizzas at this location, everyone in our family got stomach upset after eating. We think store must have used some ingredient which is expired. It took 2 days for everyone to get better. Please maintain good quality.
