Got a bird I was looking for but still other birds that I wanted were sold out!

There was a small issue in which they not only corrected but went above and beyond to reconcile the situation. The customer service here is more then enough to keep me coming back, it truly was an experience that showed off the capability of hospitality in a place in which you don't really expect it.
