“The service at Pauley’s Pups was wonderful! Mary welcomed us so kindly. she answered all our questions so thoroughly and in depth. The paper work didn’t take long to fill out and we got some playtime with our puppy. Overall I would really recommend this place. The breeders are reliable and trustworthy. They let you meet the dogs first! I would give this place a 10/10 star rating. So so so happy with our experience, highly recommend. ?”
“If you have an animal who needs a wash, GO HERE! They literally have everything you need---towels, shampoo, conditioner, ear wipes, various types of brushes, crates, blowdryers at the tub, and a separate blowdrying station. Just to make it even better, the employee on duty was an actual angel. She was friendly and knowledgeable, but she also was attentive to my dog. I have a senior dog who rushed down the steps and felt on the floor. She couldn't get up, and while I was in shock, the employee lept into action and made a sling for me with a towel. She escorted my baby to the cash register while I gathered my things and gave her a treat to help her feel better. I will 3000% be back, and be more diligent in guiding my dog down the stairs (she's perfectly fine btw).”
“Our dog Luca was found to have a mass in his ear. After speaking with Dogma, they found time to bring him in to have a bath before his surgical consultation. Even with his tender ear, they were able to schedule him and bathe him on his schedule. No rush, no pressure. I cannot say enough good things about every person at Dogma. How lucky we are to have found them.”

The staff listened to what we wanted and our boy came back looking so handsome. I love that they called to give us a "report card" on how he did so we can ensure his next grooming session is a success. They are fully booked and not taking new clients at the moment but we have our name on the list for when something does open up.”

Tucked into a nice quiet area where I have never experienced any issues with any employees people or any other items.
Always seems to have stock of items didn’t know whether tractor supply has within a 40 mile radius area, which is really good as it is very helpful so I do not have to buy online and we’re on the risk of having issues.”
“Petco Staples Mill Road (this particular location in Henrico county— I am only referring to this location as my experience was not the same at another location ) was so loving to my sweet Cinnamon and took
great care of her! They groomed her and took their time and she looked wonderful. I lost my sweet Cinnamon, but the way they loved her will never be forgotten.”

“I absolutely loved my experience at PetSmart Grooming! Sofia R. did an amazing job with my Doberman puppy, Athena — she was so patient, gentle, and really took the time to make sure Athena was comfortable and looked perfect. Vivian H. groomed my Maltese, Jaanu, and he came out looking like an absolute prince! She clearly has a gift with small dogs and handled him with so much care.
Honestly, everyone at this PetSmart is incredible, all of the associates, like Ms. Vegas (and a few more, I just don’t recall their names.) The entire grooming team is so kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can really tell they love animals and treat each pet like their own. It’s not easy to find a place where you fully trust the people with your pets, but this location has earned that trust completely. Five stars all the way!!”

“I was hesitant about going back to Petco for grooming after my preferred groomer left but I'm glad I did. Emmanuel is a gem! He got my pup looking amazing and feeling confident! Emmanuel followed my preferences on having my pup's facial hair cut lower due to him having tear stains (Maltese) and had no judgment on the way pup looked (it had been an extended period of time between professional grooming). He also answered questions I had about dental hygiene. Thank you Emmanuel! We will be back!”
