Ive had problems with billing, and reaching them at times..BUT, eventually you do reach them and they're always very nice and I've always been able to work out issues

They are hard working, they do the best they can, and I appreciate all they do for the many people around the states, P1 is great.

We've been trying to get in touch with the billing office for 3wks. Called every day, different times of the day. On hold at least 20 minutes each time...no one ever answered. No option to leave a message. Today we called the Corporate office. No matter what prompt we selected, no one answered. Impossible to reach.
