I had a small work emergency and needed to print several documents quickly. I was at this Office Max when it opened at 8:30 am - sending a huge thank you to Jay who helped me navigate the Self Service printer - it was easy and fast. Crisis averted!!

Went in looking for a printer after going in 3 other stores. The expert, Richard, was so great! He knew alotttt about the types of printers and specifics. I got so much information that I really needed to know, I asked and he had the answers. Thank you to Richard!
