Go here, find Brandon, leave a happy customer. Four items on my list yesterday and I could not find two of them on my own. Enter Brandon. He walked me directly to both. Sweet! ... so with everything on my list now in my cart, I proceeded to the register. When my biggest item rang up for $20 over the price on the shelf tag, the cashier called Brandon over to fix it. I was thinking "cool, he'll adjust it to reflect the in-store sale and that'll be that." But no, he went a step further, locating my item on line for $40 off, and price matching that so my savings were DOUBLE my expected deal. Yeah. Awesome. So now I'm like "geeze, this guy is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I'm gonna Yelp review my five-star experience" cuz we were already at 100% satisfaction. ... But wait, there's more. Brandon noted the heavy box of 5,000 sheets of paper I just bought and, after suggesting I take my purse from the cart (professional detail) he walked my cart out to my parking space and loaded the heavy box into my vehicle. I told him he was my Christmas angel, which I know is incredibly corny but that's what came out. I am really impressed with this level of care in ensuring an optimal shopping experience on every level.
