He also alerted us to a copy & print paper sales promotion we weren't aware of that saved us $8. In these days of vanishing customer service, Nicholas went above and beyond to make our visit to OfficeMax pleasant and productive. Thanks, Nicholas!”
“This place is wonderful with experienced help and very reasonable. I was shocked at the cost (reasonable) of looking at my printer and the person who actually fixed it did not charge any more for the problem. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for printer repair or for buying printer ink cartridges. They are also always available by phone (this is new in this era of leaving a message and I'll get back) so if I could give more than 5 stars I would as this is one of those hard to find and great places to help you with your printer issues.”
“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had such a good experience with their online printing services and pick-up. Needed to print out a bunch of low-quality photos for a party and they came out looking very crisp and highly pigmented. Also, although the online printing service appears looks a bit archaic, the editing options rival those of FedEx and Staples. And when I came to pick up my copies, the front desk employee came all the way over to check on me and make sure my copies were to my satisfaction because the worker at by the printing services was busy helping another customer. How professional and team-oriented! I would certainly recommend this location.”
