They matched the price I found online for a set of tires, no questions asked, and they had them in stock. Dropped my car off, and they were done about 10 minutes before promised time. Everyone up front was polite, and knew what was going on. Will definitely be back.

I very much so will always have the best experience here! Specifically at this location, as I have visited others as well. Cherrie and Quan are the best and they not only engaged me with delight, but made other customers around me just as satisfied/happy. I will always return because of them and their ability to provide the best experience for me and everyone around. They really do create a positive, uplifting culture in this store!

Had great service here with the manager Joe. He was super helpful and I was able to get an oil change and tire rotation quickly so I could get in and out and be on my way and have had no issues. Would definitely recommend!

Omg i will never go any where else….i needed tires and an oil change and I wasn’t treated like a number or like I was stupid.I will never go anywhere else….the work was done quickly and correctly and the cost was fantastic! Did i mention that I will never go any where else? You have a lifetime customer in me! Thank you so very much!!!!

Needed 4 new tires before a road trip. I made an appointment with NTB, they gave me a great price and I was in and out in no time! Everyone there was super friendly.

Prices are not bad very competitive actually, extremely slow. Was told a time to be back to pick up tires, called before I arrived and was told they are working on swapping your tires now it will be 20 minutes. I arrived and they hadn’t even started on them so very poor customer service with a strong lack of communication to the customer

My husband an I were on a road trip to North Carolina and we stayed overnight in Glen Allen. We checked our tires in the morning and thought one of the tires was losing air. We stopped at NTB to have them look at the tire. We didn’t have to wait long and they took off all the tires to check them all. Thankfully everything looked ok. We were so happy to have them check all the tires to ease our concern. When we were checking out, Paul said there was no charge for the service!!! We couldn’t believe they were able to check the tires so quickly and they didn’t charge us for the service! Paul was wonderful and I would definitely use them again if we had the need.
