I wish I could give 10 stars. I had a blowout yesterday and it happened about 5 miles from this location. Once I got the spare on, I called them and explained he situation. We were driving from Northern VA to visit a friend in Myrtle Beach. They told me they had plenty of tires to choose from for my Audi and took care of me in less than an hour. I also appreciate they gave me a full-range of options and actually recommended the cheap tire that was also on sale. Given the situation, they could've easily taken advantage because I wasn't going anywhere else and I'm sure they knew that. Really good people at that location and I want to let the world know about it. I usually don't even write reviews. Enjoy!

In immediately and did super work without trying to up sell. I highly recommend Stephen and his staff. Old fashioned service you can trust. Took my 2017 Lexus GX-460 in for tire balance ,rotation and alignment.

Great service! I came in for a tire pressure sensor replacement and received a warm welcome from Maddie at the front desk. She walked me through all the information and offered an affordable price for the sensor and installation! Amazing service and staff, I will be returning for all future tire services.

The Staff were a Godsend! On 8/25 was traveling from NY to NC when I encountered a tire issue. From the moment we arrived the Staff were welcoming and the Manager on Duty went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and safe. Absolutely thankful for their professionalism and commitment to ensuring the customer was taken care.

Tremendous service from warm and friendly staff, plus excellent, fast service. Fixed while I waited, which was fantastic because I’m traveling out of town the next day. Would recommend to anybody and plan to return for any future tire needs.

I was traveling from New York to South Carolina when I had a service charging system indicator pop up on the dashboard. I hopped off the next exit and found this repair shop not far off 95. I was helped right away and my alternator was changed within an hour putting us right back on the road. This was around closing time and they had to have the part delivered. Staff was extreme helpful and understanding of my situation. I had my family(4 of us and a dog) and they were inviting to everyone. I was anticipating this stopping us overnight and waiting till the morning due to the time. I can’t reiterate enough how good of an experience this was having anything corrected quickly.

I came in the day before to make an appt to get 2 tires replaced. Came in the next day at 845am. After waiting an hour they realized that they didn’t have the tires in stock. This is AFTER an hour of waiting. The front desk lady had to drive her own car to pick them up from another store 20 minutes away. 3 hours to get 2 tires put on at a place that specializes in installing tires! Poorly managed. Would’ve given 1 star, but appreciate the lady who went and got my tires.

Maddie and the team at NTB came in huge getting me and family back on the road after a blowout with our camper. They kept us right on schedule going above and beyond to get us in and out and back on our travels.
