Been some time ago, but when I came in and asked for a women's size 12-4e extra wide shoe, the first thing the person there did was tell me "They don't make shoes in that size" and then try to redirect me towards the men's section when I am a woman and asked for women's shoes.

Very helpful and patient associate (Mike) helped fit my son’s 8.5 4E (extra wide) difficult feet. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the line. He brought us multiple options to try, in all price ranges, and was extremely knowledgeable about each style. He did not try to suggestive sell the most expensive pair. Not an inexpensive purchase, but he offered multiple discounts to see if I qualified for any. Outstanding customer service. We will be repeat customers.

They 3D scanned my foot which was cool! Based on that, they recommended a few pairs of shoes based of the width of my foot and my arches. Knowledgable, helpful, and patient with me. Good experience!

My size seems a difficulty for them. I didn’t think size 14,4E. Was such a oddity for them when I thought wide widths was their specialty. Not to mention I’ve seen their brand elsewhere in sizes as big as 17.Their prices aren’t modest either. $149.76 for one pair of kicks in my size.I hope these don’t fall apart like my last pair of all glue & no stitching Reebok’s!!

My wife and I went to the New Balance Store to make a return and ended up trying a bunch of different shoes. Jason offered to scan our feet and then suggested shoes based on our scans. I can’t think of a better way to buy shoes. Jason was very patient and we learned a lot while we were in the store.

I had the opportunity to visit this store tonight with my 12 year old son. After weeks of searching, we were fortunate enough to meet Tarell. This experience was a true testament of great service and knowledge combined. Tarell actually interacted with my son instead of me. At most stores my son was ignored.Awesome knowledge, great personal experience and a satisfied customer. New Balance… you are lucky to have this young man who actually cares for his customer. You are lucky I wasn’t able to recruit him!

I have a difficult foot size And I have always turned to new balance and Short Pump two keep me properly fitted. Years ago my podiatrist told me to use the NB store or I was bound for the surgery table and he was right. Recently we had some difficult times finding the shoe but some effort and perseverance by new balance locally located my crazy size and had them shipped to Richmond. Many thanks

I can't tell you how much I appreciate New Balance & their salesman, Mike. I came in with my various runner woes and Mike gave me a shoe that was perfect for me (New Balance Hierro V5). The store has a great variety for all and the other staff was really helpful. I am a lifelong New Balance fan and it is interactions like this that keep you confident in your purchases. Great job!

Six people working the floor. Zero customers inside. Tried to ask a question but couldn't get anyone's attention. Shoes are way more expensive and selection is terrible. Not sure why these even exist.
