I spoke to Tanya over the phone and she was so helpful, warm, and funny - describing all the features including the truck rental, sharing the unit prices clearly, and honestly predicted any question I could have. She didn’t rush me at all which I super appreciated. It was clear she knows the area, for anyone who is storing their stuff here from afar. I felt so taken care of!

Rhonda was absolutely amazing! I had endless questions and she was a consummate professional, patiently providing a clear and thorough answer to each of them. The excellent service I was provided by Rhonda helped me make my final decision to stop shopping around and go with Mini Price. Kudos to management for hiring her!!! Customer service is a dying art, but not for companies that have someone like Rhonda!
Now that the move-in to the Short Pump location is complete, I can say that all the staff is just as wonderful as Rhonda. The facility is great. And the free use of a moving truck and dolly, as well as numerous flatbed carts. I definitely made the right choice!

This is the second time I’ve rented a unit here. Both times the whole experience has been exceptional. Customer service is excellent, making the process easy. The facility is very clean and orderly. Access to my unit and flatbed carts readily available by the door make coming and going a breeze. I highly recommend Mini Storage!
