This shop is absolute garbage. Do not patronize this shop. They were recommended by Allstate and I got an inspection on a Monday morning, expecting an estimate within a day or two. I called on Friday when I hadn't heard from them all week, only to find out that they sent the estimate to the wrong email address. An understandable but unfortunate mistake. After looking at our availability, I called back on Monday to schedule the work. Vanessa Castillo told me that Sean, the estimator, had stepped out and that she needed to ask him whether he had already ordered the necessary parts. She said she'd call me back shortly. 3 hours later I called again only to find that Vanessa had not had a chance to ask Sean because the shop was busy and understaffed. I expressed concerns that if I did use the shop, they would be unable to fulfill their commitment to finish the work as scheduled, particularly if they were understaffed. I learned that the computer database does not include information regarding whether the parts were ordered and that Sean was with a customer and could not provide the needed information. I asked, politely and respectfully, whether Vanessa could briefly interrupt Sean to have him answer this yes or no question for me, given the history of delays. I was put on hold. Then my call was picked up by Alondra who informed me that the shop was rejecting my business because they "have a right to refuse service to anyone." I asked why they would prefer to reject my business and lose the income rather than provide better customer service, but Alondra merely trumpeted a false narrative that I had somehow been "abusive" or "un-civil." She was not willing to respond substantively to my inquiries and then threatened to tell Allstate that I am a problematic customer. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that Sean is, in fact, both the manager and the person who rejected my business. Alondra refused to provide Sean's last name (or her own) and she described her role at the business as "answering phones," while being as repellant as possible from a customer service perspective. Given that my inquiries were reasonable based on my experience, as were the misgivings I expressed about their ability to perform the work and manage my expectations, I have to consider whether there was some other reason that Sean and his staff mistreated me and rejected my business. As the manager, Sean should be aware that his conduct may have the appearance of racial profiling and he and Alondra did nothing to mitigate that perception. Allstate should remove this shop from its list of recommended vendors. I'll be advising their corporate owners, Crash Champions, LLC (based in Illinois) including Amanda Garcia and Gabriela Sanchez, that Sean and his staff are unreasonably impacting their potential profits and severely damaging their reputation.

Do not use this shop. I took my brand new car to him to fix my door and it was not a good job. The door was scuffed and needed to be buffed and painted. Mike had the car for over a week and the door got worse than what is was. Mike drove my car over 80 miles and never even asked permission. If I didn’t have find my car on Kia portal app, I wouldn’t have known. Even after the week, I had to take my car elsewhere and I asked him for my $400.00 back because the door was worse and he said no at first. He then agreed to give me 1/2 back which was $200.00.Please do not go there for anything. This business should be shut down.Service: Body & Trim

My car was broken into and attempted theft. My insurance told me to pick a place to take my vehicle for an estimate. I'm beyond happy picking Crash Champions. Fiat they were very patient from the beginning. They listen to my dreadful story how I was a victim of a Tiktok challenge. They were very clear and communicative with the time frame that they needed to make the needed repairs. Alondra helped me when I needed to pick up my car. She was so sweet and kind. She explained every detail of what happened and walked me through checking out. She made me feel like every step was taken to ensure the continued safety of my vehicle by the entire team as well. I appreciated her energy and care while I was in the office. I was even able to leave my rental there for the rental place to pick up since they partner together. My car was all cleaned up and smelled good upon getting it back. I will return there for any repairs in the future. Thank you crash champions for being there when I needed you.

Small Engine carburetor replacement estimated quote $200.Went to pickup total $325,says the fuel tank had to be cleaned 7 day warranty when winterizing engine kept cutting off.Rust and debris in tank called Mike to resolve issue said he cleaned tank and that I needed a another tank,I said the tank was filthy he them cussed me out and hung up.

Car accident. Someone hit me. I filed a claim with my ins. Mike's is a great place! Friendly, reliable and timely! They took good care of my car and kept me informed every step of the way!!! Lois was my estimator. Awesome dude!!!

These people are total professionals and good people. I had my front bumper torn half off while backing over a curb. I stopped in Mike's on the recommendation of my regular mechanic, who doesn't do body work. The people at Mike's took my information, had the car looked at about 10 minutes later, and the repair was done same day. A truly fantastic experience!

My husband took his truck in to get repaired! It's been 5 months and we haven't got it back. First it was "stolen" from the shop under their responsibility. Weeks later it was found and they are repairing every damage that was done but all I hear from them is soon we will get the truck back it's been 5 months and we haven't got the truck back !

I'm very disappointed with Mike's because of their customer service. I had a small accident and my mirror was broken. I took it to Mike to get an estimate and I inquired when they would be available to repair it should I decide to go with them (I was still comparing quotes). They told me that they would be able to schedule me within 2 weeks. They got me the estimate and the work was small (less than $1k). A couple weeks later, I went back because I was then ready to do the repair. They looked up the previous quote they gave me and they told me that I had to wait 3 months before they had "time" to do the work. I was very shocked. Wow, are you that busy or you just did not want my business because it was too small of a job? Perhaps, I'm being judgemental, but it just seems very odd that previously they had openings in 2 weeks and suddenly everything was filled up after a couple weeks and I had to wait 3 months for a mirror to be fixed.

One thing certain about this place is, they won't bother to communicate anything to you, you have to chase down and call multiple times before you can even get an idea what they are doing to the car or when your car is done. I have a small crack on my headlight because I bump into a deer and it took them 3 weeks (and its not even done) in the mid of my vacation week. I tried to get them to give me some clarity on when the car can be done because it is pretty stressful to manage insurance rental, car fixes while you are trying to travel and go to the airport the next day. No call back so far.

DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE! I never do Yelp reviews or trying to destroy a company's name, but this is unacceptable. I was rear ended by a motorcycle and my passenger rear quarter panel was destroyed: through insurance this was a auto body shop on the list, and I figured why not it's close to my home. Dropped the car off signed my paperwork and I was on my way. Called once with a update that they are waiting on parts, and another call on a Monday to tell me the body work was done and will be ready for pickup that same Friday, and I will get a call Friday to set up a time to pick up. Made arrangements to get off work early to pick it, and never received a call. I had to call them to tell me it's delayed didn't get painted yet. Following week same thing: got a call saying it will be ready Friday and they will give me a call. Had to call them for them to say it's delayed... this "delayed" process went on for 3 weeks. Tried being understanding so I didn't care much: stay patient/calm. The week my car was ready I got tired of schedule myself off or to get off early for no reason so I just had my dad pick up the car. I was on FaceTime with my dad the whole process: they didn't even walk with my dad outside to over look the car just gave the keys and paperwork. My dad said the car is dusty: in my head I'm thinking normal dust from the car sitting. I get home to see my f****** car caked in shop dust & paint residue! The f****** s*** is everywhere and into everything! My car is a 2019 and was practically still new inside hardly no wear and tear at all. My inside is ruined with this s*** everywhere: carpet, roof, vents, seats...etc THIS IS NOT HOW YOU F****** GIVE SOMEBODY THEIR CAR BACK! they did no steps to mask off the interior of my car and on some parts sprayed my carpet with paint residue and tried to hide it with the plastic. Paid f****** $300 to get my inside detailed which some parts still didn't come out! Had to gut my f****** car! I will be calling my insurance company because this s*** is not okay and it's that bad as far as the shop dust and paint residue it's f****** every where!!

Apparently cars magically go missing when you bring it to this place. Don't bring your car here unless you don't mind it disappearing.
