Melanie was extremely rude for no reason while I was trying to do a return. Telling me I HAVE to get a gift card for this return because it’s over 30 days (OK I didn’t ask, and had no problem with it?) Pointed me at the policy and raised her voice like I was trying to argue with her; I wasn’t. Never will return to this location.

I visited Marshall's on Glen Allen twice so I must say that I had a great experience shopping in their store. I was surprised to see that women's coats are quality with name brands and the price is right. The store is well kept. The check out line was quick and the associates are awesome! I'll shop there again and again!
