Shopping at Kohl's has become more of a pain than a pleasure.
They couldn't find my kohls bucks. Prices didn't ring right and cashier had to go verify. They have excluded so many things from receiving the % off they previously offered. Vacuum and anything floor and doctors clothing. Just disappointed shopping here.
I think I'll find another place to shop for great prices and less on the kohls bucks. It just to be fun shopping at Kohl's and finding bargains. I've been a customer over 20 years.

Its a mess right now seems they decided to change things back to the way it was many years ago. Can't find anything and the employees are just as lost as I was. Signs are incorrect and the dust bunnies rolling all over the floor are kinda disgusting. Very disappointed and left before finding everything I needed. Don't like wasting my time searching for items. ?

The store was uncrowded early in the morning, so it was easy to shop, the department displays were neat & orderly, and there were few folks at the cash register. It was a speedy trip to find what I needed.

I visited this store because the stand alone Sephora store did not have an eyeliner I was looking for and they said it was discontinued. I decided to try a smaller store just to see if they had some inventory. At first it seemed they were out of it but Tanya and Patti continued to look online and in the store until they found it!! I bought all 3 eyeliners they had and was thrilled!! It is so hard to find people who care and will go the extra mile to satisfy a customer but they did and I am so thankful!!
