I did not have a great experience with this business. I took my BMW to have them perform an inspection of the vehicle to verify the information the dealership shared with me. I was told to drop my vehicle off at 7 AM in the morning in which I did however, they did not start doing their review until 2 PM. At this point, I had to get my vehicle back to go to work the following day and was told I could return the following Friday to complete the inspection. I paid $80 for the hour and a half of inspection work that was completed.
The following Friday I dropped my vehicle off and was called around 4 PM stating that they not only identified the issue but was able to fix the starting issue. The dealership wanted to charge $2400 to fix the issue so when they indicated the cost was $900 to fix the starting issue, I felt I had a great deal and I accepted the offer.
As soon as I drove from one location to the next, I realize the starting issue was never resolved, and unfortunately, because the shop was closed was unable to speak to anyone that weekend. Spoke to someone on Monday and they indicated they would resolve the issue to bring the vehicle back in which I did.
I started working with Curtis Worsham, who was Very unprofessional and assumed a lot of things about the vehicle that he had no knowledge about and while trying to explain the situation he then tells me for him to review the vehicle and tell me what’s wrong I had to buy a battery costing almost $700.
At this point, I am truly upset because I was told conflicting information and now they want more money from me. Because I challenged Curtis, he put a note on my account stating not to work with my vehicle any further, even though the previous person I worked with wrote on the receipt that if i had any issues they would fix the problem.
At this point, I have lost trust and also $900 which I am working to have reimbursed because they replaced a part that was not even considered a problem, but I was deceived believing they fixed my car issue.
I went back to the BMW dealership and expressed the situation and despite my disappointment with them, they were willing to do whatever they could to resolve my issue, even though I went to a third-party to validate what they were saying.
I Made one final attempt to speak to the advisor I worked with Mike, but after explaining the issue made excuses. During the conversation he put me on hold and never returned to the call. I tried emailing The President to express my issue and no response as well. My next course of action is to file a complaint and let people know what they’re getting into when they deal with this company. My neighbor that referred me indicated he will no longer take his four vehicles, and I’ve already informed his family and friends who he referred to the business to no longer work with them based on how I was treated.
I was sent an email to provide feedback which also indicates how delusional they are in following up with their customers. They requested feedback on how my experience was and I will say it was completely horrible and the most dissatisfying experience I’ve ever had with a business. Take your vehicle there at your own risk, but ask a lot of questions and make sure you have paperwork to back up what they say.

Always great service! Very fair pricing and not trying to gouge you with unnecessary work but deals with the problem at hand. Always appreciate the customer service at Import Autonaus!

My favorite aspect of Import Autohaus is the confidence I have knowing I can drop my keys and simply say "I know I need an oil change and inspection but no clue what else it might need". If the car is due for other service based on mileage/time, I know they consider that and will let me know. At the same time, they don't do extraneous services just to pump up my bill.

They weren't equipped to do a Front End Alignment (which was only one of many things I needed). Despite that Mike still freely offered me valuable information (as a new resident) by telling me who to avoid and who he'd recommend. This is exactly the kind of philosophy for a place I would recommend -- to both myself in the future and to others today. Thank you!

When my 2009 Audi shut down, the first place I called was Import Autohaus and spoke to Mike. Given the mileage and age of the vehicle, I did not want to spend a lot of money on a losing cause. Mike had it checked out and he called to let me know that the Audi had issues that would have been very costly to attempt to repair, if they could even find & repair them all. It was not great to hear that my vehicle was done, but I trust that outcome. I will definitely use them again in the future when I get another vehicle. Their service is simply great. Thank you all at Import Autohaus.

I have complete trust in Mike and the others at Import Autohaus. The prices are fair and I always feel like they are doing their best to provide good service and advice. (vs. many other car repair places where they see to be more motivated by finding stuff wrong with your car so they can maximize their profit)

This team is fantastic. I used to sell cars and whenever people became concerned about maintenance (esp. for European makes) I simply stated that Import Autohaus is the place to go. You will be taken care of properly.

Even after going to them regularly, in my last oil/fluid change, they missed to replenish my winter coolant. After getting multiple notifications from my car over the weekend, I had to do it myself. I messaged Import Autohaus and they did not acknowledge and/or offer a solution and left me on seen.

Several incidents between 2 vehicles have had repaired there. Gasket put in wrong which left a puddle of oil in the driveway on my sons 4Runner ….had to take it back to replace and install correctly. Caliper they put in my daughters BMW failed within 30k miles and although they admitted it was likely a faulty part would not warranty because it was beyond 2 years and 5k too many miles. I won’t be back.

Mike and the crew do a great job servicing my car. The prices are reasonable and they honor their warranty if necessary. I get a text about two weeks after the service asking how my car is performing I am very satisfied with Import Autohaus.
