Had a reoccurring message to service tire monitoring system. Went into Good Year annd asked if someone could help me access what was going on. Eric the store manager took the time to listen and go to my car and run a few diagnostics. He helped me reset the system and to get the error cleared. Eric was a big, big help! Would definitely recommend this Good Year and Eric! Thanks so much for going the extra mile!!!

Thank you to the Goodyear Brook Road staff for
saving us from what could have been a horrible situation. We brought our truck in for an oil change based on a recommendation from another friend and not only did they take care of that, they pointed out a very dangerous tire situation we had that we were completely unaware of. We ended up with 4 very much needed brand new tires that probably saved us from a very bad accident on our trip to the beach. Thank you to Tim and the other Goodyear staff for being on the lookout for us.

Went to the Goodyear in Glen Allen and Tim was awesome. I knew I needed new tires but wanted to wait for some free time. Well the day came that said time is up and I needed to be somewhere for the grandkids. Tim fit me in and I made the event on time. Also the tires I purchased have been great. I have been driving on them for the past week (heavy rain and 90+ temps) and have had no issues. They definitely are not “loud” like the manufacturer tires! Have been back for front-end alignment, Garcia and Tim have stepped up to the plate again. Goodyear has a great team at this location!

Eric and his team took excellent care of us. Took us in at the last minute. Passing thru and realized something cut the tire of our car. Don't think we would have made it back to NC safely if we didn't come in. Highly recommend this particular Goodyear!

I usually don’t care about leaving reviews but Goodyear came through for me. It was a rainy day, seemed like everything was going wrong and I needed a SAME DAY tire replacement. It was 6:15pm, on a Tuesday, when I pulled up. Mind you, the store closes at 7pm. They pulled off a mini miracle for your boy!
Shout out to Eric and Muhammed! I appreciate y'all FORREAL!

Have been getting most of my automotive services that I don’t want to do at Goodyear VCC for 20+ years. The other services are typically dealer recalls kind of work. I’ve bought tires exclusively from this store. Their master tech, Ward, is the best in the business. I am frequently out-of-town for work and have been fortunate to be able to rely on this team when my wife or daughters need an automobile issue honestly and thoroughly addressed. I’m a stickler for work done right the first time and have never been disappointed.
