The store obviously has a great selection of products related to golf but the staff has the worst attitude. From the floor employees that make you feel like you are bothering them to the back end customer service. I called to try and track an order and they told me sorry not much we can do. After calling the manufacturer directly the manufacturer suggested two options: 1 have GG provide a PO number or 2 they would be willing to hop on a three way call with GG to help get it all sorted. GG refused to do either of the aforementioned solutions, even after I said this was at the behest of the manufacturer. The PGA Superstore cannot open soon enough so I never need to deal with the GG employees ever again.

Very mixed review here. Upon entering golf galaxy, you’re immediately greeted with the most elitist atmosphere a store can offer. A month or so ago I brought in my driver to be inspected/repaired. I’m a relatively new golfer and didn’t know what to expect as I walked in, so I tried the front counter. I was greeted by some snobby old dude who made multiple *unneeded* comments about my swing, ridiculing me for breaking a driver. As he directed me to the back of the store, I overheard him snickering to a fellow associate while looking at me as I walked away. Fast forward to now and I was greeted by someone at the front counter and asked about my golf game by an associate at the fitting counter. The interaction was really pleasant and felt personable.I guess if we fired every old a-hole who played golf, we’d have no more golfers. Nonetheless, be better.

Fitted for clubs and Chris helped me. Fantastic experience. He was patient with me, informative, and helpful. Purchased all new set and cannot say enough good about the experience. Ask for Chris. He was great!!

The staff is exceptional, from the checkout guy to the sales assistants. We were welcomed upon entering the store and directed to the proper department immediately. Larry spent a lot of time with us in the simulator to make sure we got the perfect club. Ample inventory and selection for anything golf related.

Came in looking for a club. They didn’t have it. I said something to the person was with and an employee scowled back at me very rudely. Won’t be coming back.

I love Golf Galaxy! They have everything you need, expert advice, and even those fancy indoor range machines with radar sensors, swing speed, estimated distance, etc...The best is the massive indoor putting green with every make and model putter to try out!

I came into the store today looking to buy a driver and 3 wood. I wanted to try a few different drivers out but the staff made me feel like I was burdening them by asking. Didn’t even get a chance to hit a 3 wood because I felt rushed even though the store was calm and no one was in any of the bays. After hitting, there was no follow up or asking if I wanted any more help. There is no warmth to the staff that work in the club section

Was fitted to an incorrect iron. When I purchased the set, a staff member stated I could return the set. After being fitted to something else, I attempted to return the set, staff would not allow the return. So I'm out $1300 because some staff member was either uninformed or dishonest.

Horrible experience. Was fitted for 56 and 60 degree clubs. Paid upfront. Was told 4-5 weeks. Called 5 weeks later for update. Was told the order was lost and never sent to Cleveland corp. If I had not called no one would have reached out. I requested the order be resubmitted and was told 4-6 weeks. Called 8 weeks later for an update and no one knows where the order stands or can provide an update. I guess if I was ordering clubs for my unborn grandson I would have more patience but this is ridiculous. Rather just order clubs from my private golf club going forward.

I have been looking to purchase a new driver for the last 2 months. I have visited GG several times and have walked out. Mostly because I'm female and the associate would rather deal with a man than me. Once however I did get some help only to feel as if I was wasting his time. I carry a 12 handicap and on any given day drive the ball 210 to 250. I doubt I will be back. I am done with the lack of respect. PGA superstore next stop. Disgusted!

Of the 4-5 times I’ve been to this store, not a single associate has ever acknowledged my presence. Not on the way in, not on the way out, not while walking through the store, no matter who you pass along the way. They all congregate in small circles throughout the store discussing their golf game and what they’ll purchase with their employee discounts.
