“What a great experience with Calico! Recently chose fabric and requested a full quote for drapery and installation. Linda was patient and committed in helping me choose the perfect fabric for my home, even though it took two tries and a lot of extra work on her part. When I communicated that I has decided to go elsewhere because of the production timeline the manager called to express her concern and readiness to earn our business. They ended up offering a significant savings and shortening production for us which was so unexpected ... and impressive! Ultimately, I suspect the Manager's motivation was out of respect for her salesperson and the time she had devoted. The fact that she cared so much shines a light on the workplace culture. I am confident this care and attention will convey in our end product! Way to go Calico! Just when I thought great service was a lost art form. Nailed it!”

“Starting a new hobby is always fun, and that’s when I decided to take a much needed trip to World Market. I recently purchased an espresso maker and I wanted some clear glasses to serve my coffee drinks in, and I didn’t want to buy them in bulk on Amazon.When I arrived at World Market, a tall employee named Max was stocking the shelves with more glasses and mugs. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and Max kindly offered to help. He was such an attentive listener! We discovered that the glass I wanted was out of stock.When it was time to check out, Max helped me out again by inspecting my glasses, and he found a crack that I had missed. I was so grateful that he discovered it for me, and we switched it out. Next, he wrapped everything individually in paper for a safe trip home.I can’t wait to go back and stock up on more glasses! I had so much fun shopping, and browsing the holiday candy section. Everything was so neat and tidy, and all the employees I interacted with were pleasant.”

“Just making sure I went to the correct Target. This one is located in Glen Allen. Right. Not sure why other reviewers had such challenging experiences. Ok. I was here to browse at first, because I love to shop at Target Stores. Being on vacation from Houston Texas, I didn't think of anything. This one is much better than back home. Yeah. Restroom was clean, functional and modern.Long lines on weekends is expected. I saw the self-checkout line diminished quickly as more cashiers became available. Employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed that summer clothes were on clearance (earlier than in Texas). I bought a pair of clearance shorts that I was waiting for the price to drop. Perfect!”

People love Target and this one is located in the heart of Short Pump which is always busy!! This store recently got a face lift and it's stunning! Target feels more modern and is easier to shop at because the displays feel interactive. Don't let the low ratings keep you away from shopping at this store.”
