This location has excellent customer service! My brother in law is visually impaired and they helped him every step of the way. He was working on a project involving lamination. Angel, Mike, and Paul were extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. His undertaking was completed without undo stress. He was very pleased with the service he received!

Great customer service! Regina was awesome with the passport photos - even telling me what would and would not work for the photo to make sure I got it right. While I was waiting, other staff members were attentive and assured me I was noticed.

Im not surprised to see the other reviews that talk about how great the customer service was from Naomi. I came in 2 hours before they closed to get last minute funeral programs printed. Naomi made sure they were aligned and I believe the machine that folded them was broken because she also folded them all. It’s amazing to get great service from nice people.

I went to this location on 3/11/2024 and received the best customer Service the young lady Naomie, had the best customer service skills very friendly and helpful. She explained the fax service and fees in a friendly and professional manner!

I would highly recommend using FedEx office for printing projects quickly with quality results. Their teams communication and professionalism has definitely left a great impression! One staff in particular (Ralph) had an attention for detail that helped make experience great enough that I felt compelled to leave a 5star review!

I tend to avoid returning items that I order because I expect it to be a difficult process. This isn’t true. My visit literally took 5 minutes and I was out. A young woman named Ari helped me out. I showed her my QR Code I received via email. She printed the label, weighed my package, and picked out a new box for me because I accidentally tore my old one! I didn’t have to do anything else and she was very efficient and helpful. I assume she is properly compensated for her great work! Thanks Ari and FedEx!!
