“It's a Target, what do you expect?/! I've had a variety of mixed experiences here, but some were very good and none were horrible. I've never seen the store overly dirty or cluttered, but the average associate has very little knowledge about product or location. It is not unusual to visit a packed store, but no less common for it to be virtually deserted. Good luck!”
“Went in to inquire about a computer. Kiev was a great salesperson. He was patient, he had product knowledge which is important and was able to answer any questions I had. I find this pretty rare now in the world if customer service.”
“Its nice its clean there is a starbucks inside. The toilets are clean too. But the tech section only has consoles . And bluetooth devices): still a good place to get gifts for kids or adults”
“It was a good experience. I went in to see if my Switch was not holding a charge or if it was the charger. They hooked up my charger and got me charged up enough to get to Home Screen. I bought a charger from them afterwards. It was super helpful and both staff members were courteous.”

“We stopped in on a busy Saturday to grab some lunch at the Roost in 7-11. Not only was the food great, Ginger, the gal that waited on us was the definition of awesome customer service! She was one of the friendliest employees in a convenient store I’ve ever encountered! I cannot praise her high enough! I will be calling her manager and giving her a very high recommendation for her service and work ethic! These days, it’s hard to find younger people with such a happy, helpful attitude! “I drive by three 7 11s to use this store. The owner and his sister are very nice. He also owns one on LIBBY below Grove.But what makes this place very special is the tall youngman with braids who treats everyone like family..he is friendly, very customer oriented and goes out of his way to serve you with a smile and friendship. I hope 7 11 appreciates his gift and his dedication to the corporation.The man with the three Chinese grandsons.”
“Not sure why the scores for this Target are so low??!! I LOVE this location!! Is it busy?? Of course it is!! People love Target and this one is located in the heart of Short Pump which is always busy!! This store recently got a face lift and it's stunning! Target feels more modern and is easier to shop at because the displays feel interactive. Don't let the low ratings keep you away from shopping at this store.”
