Stylist: I was not told her name. I came in with my 98 year old mother and requested a polish change on her toes and fingernails. I wanted a pedicure and color change on my fingers. She sat my mom down at a nail station and me in a pedicure chair across the salon; I expected to be near my mom. She proceeded to do my mom’s toes on the floor at the station! I kept seeing her going up and down; she was working on the floor! My pedicure was done by another lady; who did not speak or understand English. Pedicure was ok. Then the other gal who did my mom came and did my fingernails. She kept telling me to stop moving; I was not moving my hands. The 3rd time I apologized if my fingers were trembling; but I was not moving my hands! If my fingers were moving it was uncontrollable! Then she brushed something across my toes; I still needed the top coat; if that was it; she did not paint it on each toenail; just slapped a brush across my foot!
My mom had polish on her skin on her fingers that was removed after I asked. Her nails do not look professionally done at all! My mom ended up sitting all by herself the whole time I had both the pedicure and color change; which was a long time because in between the gal kept leaving to work in another customer. The area where my fingernails were done wax so small, I could not get my mom’s chair near me. Overall it was a very uncomfortable experience! Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning!

The worst acrylic full set I have ever got. They were so bad I took them off the same night. I didn't even ask for a refund I just didn't want the drama. You can see my real nail showing on both sides of the nail and some nails were round and some square, when I ask for for almond shape. They got money and learn my lesson to not ever go here again.

Been going here since I was 10 years old and it was known under a different name. Mimi and Tremmy are the best! Sadly, the other nail techs are hit and miss. Still love this place though.

The place is extremely dirty. They don't sterilize anything. I'm surprised it is not an enforceable standard. The only person who does a good job there is Helen. Never thought of taking pictures.

I LOVE MY NAILS! I was referred by a good friend who had been going there for years. I have seen the shop when I have been in the store but never thought to stop. I read reviews talking about the cleanliness of the shop and I was a little leary, but Tremmy did my nails (dip powder) and she is amazing! Super sweet and meticulous; she told me everything she was doing and why. I am definitely a client now!

I have been getting my nails done for years...all good When you have to wait a while it's only because they're very good about trying to fit everyone in... They don't like to disappoint anyone... It is the best place to go for the price! They greet you as family! They care! D.Hall

The nails quality was terrible I end up with acrylic on my cuticles and my fingers! The wax stick was used prior with another customer and they keep deep in the wax stick!! They keep talking between them not giving the customers the attention doing a bad job. Dirty bad service do not go here and waist your money.Services: Pedicure

i went there to get my nails done for homecoming the lady was always either on the phone or attending other people she put the wrong color on my nails so now my nails do not even match my dress i picked the color mint and she put on ocean breeze the nails are all different lengths
