One star is too gracious. Came here last night - drive through pharmacy. They close at 8 PM, and I pulled up at 7:49 PM. Two cars in front of me. When it was my turn, it was 8:03 PM and there were NO cars behind me - the lady closed the window and a screen and said they were closed. I said nobody is behind me and I was here well before 8 PM. She just waved me away. The worst service I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. I will now have prescriptions moved to Publix….they are GREAT and customer centric. CVS should close this location and let a good business work there.

Called as a provider calling in a prescription for a patient i CANNOT believe you cannot speak to a real person on the phone and was forced to leave a voicemail after 20 minutes of picking options from a ROBOT - pissed off is an understatement . very unprofessional.

Appointment at 5:30 pm, notice I said appointment(meaning the business is already aware of what they need for the appointment) arrived 4:45, THREE people seen before me that arrived AFTER me. Was not seen until 6:10, THEN was handed a paper and directed at 6:15, that I should go to Labcorp to get my test done. And they will give them the results. HAVE YALL LOST YOUR MF MIND????? So I waited OVER AN HOUR, watched MULTIPLE people go ahead of me, not asked or informed they were UNPREPARED AND INCOMPETENT enough to have someone waste their time.. THEN I was TOLD to go to Labcorp, NOT ASKED if I wanted to. AND MY INSURANCE WAS CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE DAMN CAPACITY OR COMPETENCY TO HAVE A CLINIC, PEOPLE TO RUN IT, SUPPLIES TO STOCK IT, DO NOT WASTE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEIR DAMN TIME!!! CVS WILL NEVER EVER SEE A RED CENT FROM ME AGAIN.

Be extremely careful when using a CVS card. Cards get tied to other accounts nobody knows how to get them corrected. They can’t keep your medical data private. Wouldn’t use them for anything !!

Had Christmas Cards printed at this location. I was very disappointed in the appearance of the photos; pictures were dark. Definitely could have printed better quality but no employee took the initiative to produce a better product!!!

I’d like to give a shoutout to Travis at the pharmacy here at CVS Nuckols Rd. When Travis picked up the phone, he not only answered all my questions, he listened, he was patient, he understood what I was trying to accomplish with my prescription. Travis went out of his way to make sure we were able to make everything work through smoothly with the order and delivery timing of my prescription. He thinked out of the box. I appreciate his customer service and knowledge. 5+ stars for Travis.

It says they do not close until 9pm. I tried to walk in at 8:38pm and the doors were locked. There was a car out front but the doors would not open. If they are closing earlier they need to change the hours of operation sign.

Extremely poor customer service. Looks like they don't have their act together over there. I have requested a particular manufacturer for one of my prescriptions and after making several phone calls and getting assurance from them each time that they will make a note in their system to get me the requested drug manufacturer, they still mess it up everytime. Very disappointing.

Over the past 12 months, my family and I had to transfer pharmacies three time. Each pharmacy has their our little challenges, but CVS is by far the worst. Usually, the first few months of transferring to a pharmacy is difficult because their learning you as a customer and learning your insurence. My first negative experience with CVS relating to the pharmacy not having my daughter's medications. The pharmacy gave me three CVS pharmacies that were all clossed. I could not get my daughter's meds fills for four day. I had to take her to the ER to get her life-saving medications. This meant I had to go that evening to get her evening medications because no one bother to notify me that the store did have the meds nor let me know that all the pharmacies on the list were closing before them. We had to do this again the next morning and later that evening until we could get her mediactions. Then, we have had a second and third time -this happened again - the forth was relating to a simple vacation override which would have provented my daughter from.have three break through seizure while in Ohio during two week service dog training In all honesty, if I was not stuck .with CVS because of the insurence I would rather go to Walmar, Kroger or Walgreens (but, the insurence pays for the medication I cant afford) I got better services than at CVS. Like I said before, each of these pharmacies have their issues but it is nothing like I have experiences at CVS. Now, I am on my fifth issue with this store. I also read the other reviews. ONE review, 7mos ago, was accurate about the store appearing messy inside even though the customer did not appear to have been in the store That has gotten better, but the bathroom needs to be cleaned more. I really do beleive you can tell alot about a store or a business and the people that work there by the way they care for the store or business.

Drive through employees are uncaring or lazy, and pharmacy drive-thru appears to be closed at random times.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The Pharmacy is the worst.
