Tony, who is new to the pharmacy at this location, went above and beyond to make my prescription picking up process more than easy- he made the experience enjoyable. I appreciate customer service the way Tony displayed - we need more Tony’s in the world. CVS scored on this employee! Thank you so much for making what could have been a frustrating experience smooth sailing!

Mismanaged, long waits, drive through goes unattended, some staff is great, some are rude and act like they are doing you a big favor. We are moving after 20 years to a new pharmacy. Good luck.

this cvs will hold your medications, they will provide no reason as to why they are not ready, or why they are not able to give you your prescriptions. you will wait for up to an hour in their drive thru line, or the line inside, and by the time they get to you they claim to not have anything ready in their system. i have had a different problem every. single. time. i have come to this location. i can not understand what is going so wrong in this cvs for them to consistently have these problems.i am 21 years old, this cvs humiliates me every single time i come here, making me feel like a drug addict for trying to pick up the same medications i have been prescribed and been picking up from them for the last SIX MONTHS. from THIS CVS!!! i’m so completely astounded how it can be like this every single time i come here.

The prescription was not ready on time - twice. The photo service is worse too - the passport sized photograph was rejected by the consulate.

This CVS has gone downhill tremendously over the past year. They are understaffed and apparently don’t know how to troubleshoot any issues. I found out after an annual benefit review that they had been overcharging me $50 for a prescription for the last year and would not work with me to resolve the issue. I have had to correct my prescription often only to find out they didn’t have enough on hand. I wait for them to get the correct quantity, go to pick it up a few days later and they have put it back because I didn’t pick it up in time. I find this out after standing in line for 30 minutes surrounded by sick customers who were all in the store because the drive through was closed due to lack of staff. On top of all that they offered to refill the prescription but now it cost $25 more. I have been using this CVS for many years but they have lost a customer now.

They always don’t have my kids prescription and changed by another alternative one waiting my kids physician to approved and when I went to CVS to have the medicine after I wait the whole day they said still we didn’t got the approval!! So I asked when I should have the medicine since they really sick, they asked me to call the physician tomorrow to check and make her sign!! And can you imagine the manager who’s said that!! So instead of he calling the physician to give me the medicine, he want me do he’s work without any responsibilities that he don’t have already the medicine which already prescribe so if the physician want to Discusses the dose or anything else I have to be the messenger between them like no kid sick and should starting the treatment!! Bad service and uneducated management, ZERO experience how suppose to handle a big pharmacy like that.

If I could give minus 1000 stars I would! You guys are the absolute pits! You have the worse customer service on the planet! It makes no sense for ANYONE to be asked to wait 20 minutes for 2 little prescriptions only to be told they still aren’t ready and to wait 20 more… only to be told a THIRD time that they still aren’t ready! What are you guys doing?? Eating the pills your damn self??! Turtles move faster than you guys! You don’t answer your phone!! The drive thru line is wrapped around the store and the line inside is even worse! Y’all suck! And we’re STILL waiting!! It’s been almost 2 hours!!

Come see the most incompetent staff! Appointment for vaccine at 2:30, still waiting 15 minutes later. Everyone running like a chicken with their head cut off, limited area for waiting causing people to cut in front of you, and dirty walkways.

Worst place ever. Worst experience with the staff. Don’t know what’s going on the schedule appointment online for vaccinations but when you show up they are too busy to give you vaccines and when you’re already there they said I’m gonna cancel your appointment.They are not even Courteous about it.I had planned it to have it on Friday with my seven-year-old son just in case if you have anything and this guy had to be whatever he was trying to be in front of everybodyI would never go there. I may just transfer all my prescriptions from that store as well.

This pharmacy is severely understaffed and they really need to stop taking new patients. They can't get anything done as is. I genuinely feel bad for the staff because I know they work so hard and are still drowning. I cannot imagine things are done safely there with processing and filling scripts.

They didn't have my prescription ready on time, then asked me to come back in 20 min, I went back 25 min. later and they still didn't have the medication ready. When they finally had my prescription they told me they forgot to apply the good rx discount and asked me if I could come back in a few min.

Sidney/Cindy Conwell should retire!! The geriatric black female at the cash register tonight. I entered the store for assistance depositing money into my Capital One Account, and she couldn't even give me the respect of standing up instead, leaning over the counter looking disinterested, she LIED and made an excuse that they don't do MoneyGram after 9 pm for security reasons. I asked for clarification since I wasn't doing MoneyGram. As she stumbled over her lies again and rolling her eyes, I thanked her and went to look for another employee for assistance. I found Jonathan and explained my encounter. He was confused as to why I was denied assistance and immediately helped me. I re-entered to ask for the previous female's name, and she spelled it out, even giving her last name yelling over her dirty cloth mask. If she had the same confidence to learn the store protocol for bank transactions, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Who knows, maybe I would. Bad character all around.

Closes at random times despite advertising itself as “24/7”, wait time is always ridiculously long, 75% of the staff is rude. Most pharmacies suck but this is the only one that’s bad enough for me to even bother writing a review about.

I bought the CVS brand maximum strength urinary relief and it did not work at all compared to Uristat. I took as instructed. It's the middle of the night, I waited now then the appropriate amount of time. I'm not happy with your product.
