CVS has recording to say leave your message and they will call you back I waited an hour and a half to get a call back and never got it. This recording is horrible for business. I have been a CVS customer for well over 20 years and I'm seriously thinking about switching my pharmacy.

Pharmacy lines can get a little back up during certain times throughout the day but I never had an issue picking up my prescriptions. Always answers the phone in timely manner.

HORRIBLE PHARMACIST. wouldn't go here. i was looking to see how much adderal i could get filled & the guy RUDELY kept interrupting & then shouted at me. THEN hung up when I say oh you didn't have to get rude? No offense but if you don't want to answer SIMPLE QUESTIONS DON'T WORK IN MEDICAL. I'm so tired of people getting into the health care field who don't care. I wasn't expecting top notch care but seriously yall need to retrain this individual wow. shame on whoever hires there. I never want someone fired but maybe choose a different profession that involves 0 customer service care. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE -10000 STARS! SHAME ON INDIVIDUALS WHO GET INTO HEALTHCARE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE. HAVE SOME DECORUM!

I had never felt so disrespected and assaulted before.
They accused me to give them a fake bill and trying to call the cops when the manager looked at the bill it wasn’t fake at all.

Wish I could give zero stars. Waited in line for 20 minutes and the girl said it wasn’t ready and to come back in 20 minutes. I come back 30 minutes later and a different guy tells me that the prescription isn’t in stock. I asked why the girl before just told me that it was still getting prepared and made me wait in line again, and he just shrugged.
I then waited in line AGAIN to talk to another girl who was supposed to transfer the prescription to a CVS that had it in stock. She had a lot of attitude and told me that she can’t send it somewhere else but she can tell me places that MIGHT have it, and I’ll have to call all of them myself to confirm. Like….how is that even helpful? Just useless.
There was also a woman in line in front of me who I heard say she had a vaccine appointment, and the pharmacist came out and told her he was too busy to give her vaccination and that she’d have to come back the next day.
Just awful. Don’t come here.

Worst experience ever.
Take an hour to prepare the medicine that the doctor sent.
Force me to be on the line for 3 times during one visit.
For my first time ever no one gave me the directions of how to use the new medication.
The young lady wasn't helpful at all and asked me to be back to the line again.
No one was smiling or like to help.
Never be back again.

I think other reviewers are forgetting that it’s great to have a 24 hr pharmacy available. During peak times the wait can be long. I choose this location for the ability to pick medications up whenever I want during the day. During non-peak times they are quick and efficient. If you call ahead or use the app you can see if meds are ready. If they aren’t you can call and they’ll provide the reason why and help find a solution.

Tony, who is new to the pharmacy at this location, went above and beyond to make my prescription picking up process more than easy- he made the experience enjoyable. I appreciate customer service the way Tony displayed - we need more Tony’s in the world. CVS scored on this employee! Thank you so much for making what could have been a frustrating experience smooth sailing!

Mismanaged, long waits, drive through goes unattended, some staff is great, some are rude and act like they are doing you a big favor. We are moving after 20 years to a new pharmacy. Good luck.
