It is always busy, I enjoy it is clean and the lights work, always a nice experience until summer time, then you get a few drag racers at nighttime.

I came in to ask a question about Simonton windows. No one was available in the window & doors section. Several employees passed by. After several minutes, I finally got someone's attention. Asking for assistance, I was informed "They on break". Do all the employees that work in the same department go on break together at the same time. If so. You need to change your procedures.

Nice clean store friendly staff amazing customer service only dislike about it looks like alcatraz from the outside lots of police activity must be bad theft area not sure .
