This office offers on line services at BBB or call ins by phone. There is no walk in traffic or visitors at this local company. BBB serving Central Virginia serves Richmond and Tri-Cities, Charlottesville and Fredericksburg, as well as 42 surrounding counties. The nonprofit organization was established in 1912 and is not a government agency. Core services of BBB include business reliability reports, dispute resolution, truth-in advertising, consumer and business education and charity review. Reports will not be reviewed verbally only in writing at the BBB .ORG site
Our goal is to encourage every consumer to shop BBB before doing business with any company. The accredited business has been vetted in up to 37 areas.
