Went in to inquire about a computer. Kiev was a great salesperson. He was patient, he had product knowledge which is important and was able to answer any questions I had. I find this pretty rare now in the world if customer service.

We ordered a Microsoft laptop and an Arc Mouse from Best Buy, but when we got them.the laptop wouldn't turn on, and the mouse had fingerprints, showing it had been used. We contacted Best Buy and requested a new laptop and mouse. They set up an appointment at Glen Allen best buy store. When we arrived, we explained the issues to the receptionist, who took back the items and initiated an order for a new laptop, then sent us to another area.
We gave the order slip to another employee, who tried to charge us again. We explained we already paid online and wouldn’t pay again for something we didn't receive. This employee rudely told us we were confusing him, even though the mistake was on their end. We went back to the receptionist, who realized the initial employee didn't write the necessary information on the slip.
I’m really unhappy with all this incompetence and the fact that we were treated poorly and yelled at for something that wasn’t our fault. The staff is really slow and doesn’t help customers properly. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

I had a great experience at BestBuy. I am retiring at the age of 75. My brother and his wife went computer shopping with me. I will need a fully functional computer at home to stay in touch with the world, ?

I bought a TV here came to pick it up 2 hours away it wasn't open box so I got it at a good discount but didn't realize the TV didn't come with anything at all it was just a TV the one connect box the remote everything was missing so I had to order them separately prior to doing so I went back 2 hours and talked to the manager he would not compensate for anything or give me any discount because I had to order everything separately which is another thing now when I did get everything and set everything up what I found out if the TV is not working at so then it all made sense why everything else was missing the manager was very cocky and saying that you got a good deal so get out of here. Now mind you if it was bought from Facebook I would understand but I did not expect that from Best Buy because I trust Best Buy even in their description it says may have missing accessories but the TV was reset to original settings and everything is in working order I did not expect this I'm very upset and one more thing is you cannot even call them it goes to their national network so it never goes to the store so I can't get in touch with anyone at the store I would have to physically go there and I don't live close by this has been a very frustrating experience never had this with Best Buy before I'm a premium plus member and this is my first time at this location.

Luke was awesome. In and out in about 15 minutes. No annoying sales pitches or trying to get us to sign up for anything. Went in for a camera, he went and got it, and checked us out.

It's always exciting to go to an excessively rich and white neighborhood Best Buy. Everything is in stock and they have MORE choices than you can shake a stick at... They have cameras, like actual camera and camcorders, like it's 2003.. I know, right....crazy.
