Best Buy or Bad Business. We ordered a stove and hood to be delivered and installed on July 11. The stove was delivered and installed. However the hood was not. There has not been one call text nor email to inform us the hood is not coming or where it is. I called to inquire as to where it is and was lied to. My husband call and was lied to. No one has bothered and now that the sale has been made they ( best buy) wouldn't be bothered. The bill has arrived before the hood. Not to mention the purchased was made sight unseen because apparently the do not have enough space to display the merchandise they sale. The stove is horrible and cheaply made. The entire outside gets extremely hot to the touch. The racks are extremely thin, I am pretty certain I could bend them in half. The broiler has no pan nor rack. The grates on the top of the stove are extremely heavy to move after every use of the stove. The oven walls are so thin I saw them flex when inserting the paper thin racks. Lastly it is over priced for all of the above reasons. To return would be he'll and costly. I would not recommend this product . Whirlpool. I pray it does not burn my home down.

Just spent about 30 minutes chatting with Grant at this location! He was so helpful and friendly as he helped us to navigate purchasing a “real” camera for the first time. He had tons of knowledge and made us feel really excited about our purchase. Thanks, Grant!

This location is incredibly understaffed. I feel for those who are working there, but it’s not worth your time to go here.
You can’t tell if a storm hit inside the store or if they are attempting to restructure, but products are seemingly scattered in a puzzling way. The one thing I stopped in for was locked in a cage and I couldn’t flag anyone down to get it. So I waited in line at customer service, got to the counter, and they said sorry- go wait by the cage and we’ll send someone over. After waiting for a while, I eventually I bailed on my purchase and left the store because no one ever stopped over to assist me.
Again, I don’t necessarily blame the few staff who were present, but it’s just a waste of your time. When I’m about to spend hundreds of dollars on a product, I want to feel positive about the experience.

This is a rare sight. A best buy that is run with integrity and care for the customer. The employees where attentive informative and eager to help without being pushy. Thanked the general manager for running a great store.

Stay away from this store !!! We bought a TV and soundbar and paid for installation. After multiple rescheduling of installation dates, a final date was scheduled 30 days after initial purchase. On the day of installation, the delivery guy said that he is ready to do the job but the store/warehouse said they do not have our TV. WE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR THE TV AND INSTALLATION BUT THEY LOST THE TV after waiting for 30 days. I called their store but they had no clue what was going on and they were unable to reach the installation team (3rd party). They took my complaint and reportedly escalated it but I did not receive an update. How can you sell the TV to a customer and then not have it available for installation after 30 days? I suspect that it was re-sold to another customer. There is absolutely no effort from the store to communicate with me regarding updates or timeline. Honestly, I am lost, and do not know how to escalate this, and to whom? One would think there would be a consequence to taking customer's money and then not giving them the product after 30 days!!!

Brought back some expensive headphones that had just broken just about two weeks after I had purchased them. The customer service rep explained that they were one day out of warranty and she would not accept them, no store credit, nothing. Amazon had a 30 day return policy for the same headphones. I really want to support brick and motor stores, but I can't get behind this kind of practice.
Edit: Got off the phone with their customer support, who said they can't do anything and that I need to speak with the store manager. I then spoke with the store manager, who also opted not to resolve this.
Edit two: Corporate reached out in response to this post and got the store manager to do an exchange. Swapped the headphones out for a USB C instead of the USB A and now they're working fine. I'm satisfied with the end result, but it was way too much effort to get here. I also do not appreciate the manager's condescension. Either the store manager lied to me when he said he couldn't override (he literally just pushed the override button on the same screen he had reached previously where he told me he couldn't do anything else) or corporate ties managers' hands such that they can't execute on reasonable customer requests. Either way isn't great.

God awful customer service! Spent $3000 on an entertainment system, which is now dead after 3 years. Stood in line for 45 mins watching people walk by me and acting like I wasn't there. Brought my $1000 Sony amplifier in to get it tested so I could make sure that it's definitely gone bad causing no sound for my entertainment system. They informed me that they can't do that in store don't know how to do it and don't really care. Told me to walk across the street to some other business and have them check it there. I pay $200 a year to have their be able to help me with these issues and their suggestion is walk across the street . I'll be canceling my membership I've paid for this thing for 5 years and never received any help. Geek squad's a freaking joke

Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Best Buy is offering some fabulous deals on Samsung phones. I went by yesterday and was blown out of my mind when I reviewed their Samsung Phones. 5 + 5= 10 Stars ? ?! It's been a while since I've taking a seriously look, but Oooohhhh was I surprised , yes I started to drool ? right there from what advancements I saw. It's been a while, as you can tell, and the Associate had patience with me. Of course, he was well versed on the deals. But wait, let me start from the beginning. I went in to get a new case and discovered they had none. Seems my phone was a bit vintage. ?! It's almost brand new, for it continues to serve my purposes, snap pictures, stores fantastic screen shots, and record movies whenever I need to. Take calls and allow me to talk as long as I can without any drop calls. What more should it do. ? I make it work for me. The only downside is when I get pictures from an Apple phone, sometimes they are a bit blurry. I know why! It's to make old Goats like me get a newer phone. Well, seems I was taken by some of the tricks...so I may have a new phone before the end of the week ? ??? ! Look be KIND to those around you and spread a bit of love ❤️ . Stay Cool and Chill ?
