They were having a sale a sale so it was quite busy. Staff was very friendly not to mention the great selection of merchandise .

Every bath and body works is not the same.. I hadn't been to short pump mall in a while and I will be back... they had everything and they were kind and had a process to get your orders to keep you from waiting... I had to drive 20 minutes but it was well worth it
