I had an astonishingly superior experience in this branch this week that must be shared! Someone had opened several accounts in our businesses' names at Bank of America. I came in to get them closed. Even though I was not an actual customer, I was treated so politely and attentively. I was greeted when I came in and given a time line of what would happen. Quickly, I sat down with Whitney who worked through the steps and made sure all the accounts were closed and tagged for fraud.This team is very knowledgeable and professional. They really handled my issues and made me feel confident in the resolution. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

The people at this branch are extremely wondeful and so nice and polite, from the time you walk into this bank you are greeted with love and respect, all of the people are really nice and any problem you have is very well taken care of and very self explanatory. i worked with whitney she's awesome, she helped me close out my dads account because he passed last september, she was extremely caring and respectful thru the whole process. i recommend this bank of america to anyone.

Slow service and terrible parking design. Consistently 1-2 tellers and 1-2 floating helpers whom despite "attempting" to assist with congestion, directions only it would seem, never assist with the backlog of waiting. The same floating tablet members also seem to enjoy interrupting someone being serviced and distracting the tellers. If you are not forced to utilize this bank to make runs for a boss avoid this time sink.

This Bank of America location is so well managed. The people and manager that was involved in my transaction was so professional. I truly advise this branch is where you go when you want to interact with people that care. I recently had a terrible transactional event at another branch near Villa Park area of Richmond. It was a pleasure to work with the team at this location.

The worst location ever. They are forever understaffed. That is what they have been telling me for the last 12 years. Dynamics between the team members is terrible abd the tension is visible. The only reason I keep going is bcos of the deposit box i have.

I simply love the Stillman Parkway branch team. Whitney is amazing and leads a wonderful and friendly team. Grace always has a smile on her face. Even when they are crowded, they keep me informed of the wait time.It's rare to enjoy going anywhere to get service these days, yet I find myself actually looking forward to visiting the Stillman Parkway branch. I cannot speak for other Bank of America branches, I can only hope they are just as superb to their customers as Whitney and her team are to me.

Long lines, management horrible that watch their co worker struggle and not help. I was in line for over an hour. No one was sent to help teller was told the other teller on lunch so there’s nothing no one can do to help. Bank of America needs to do better since you already taking everyones money

Appalled at the genuine laziness and disdain to help clients at this branch. I’ve been to my fair share of Bank of America branches for the past 20 years and this was bad enough to prompt a negative review.Walked in for help with accessing previous bank statements from a closed account, something I’ve never had a problem with at other branches in the Richmond area. When I told the man with glasses and black hair what I needed, he immediately without hesitation told me I need to call customer support and asked if I needed the phone number. I could understand if they were busy, which they were not, or if there were technical difficulties but no explanation or reasoning was provided. I promptly told him I would go to a different branch, which I did and got what I needed without any hesitation.Might as well replace this branch with an ATM, at least it would provide more customer service than the current employees. Save yourself the trouble, go to a different branch.

Super slow. Came in for a wire transfer, apparently only one associate can do this at this branch, was told to sit, waited over an hour to be helped, took a total of an hour and a half before I left the bank, extremely slow very disappointed
