In the past 12 months this place went from “hey I’d def recommend visiting and going out of your way to do so” to “there is a Valero down the road about 2 miles or so which has better service and their gas pumps rarely fail”.Key issues:1. Gas pumps frequently not working2. It’s extremely normal for them to not have ice, have coffee or drink machines not working3. Sometimes employees are really good but sometimes you get Mr. Zombie (a real person) who does not appear to operate in our space / time continuum

Love this place, with many happy memories, especially enjoying the music on the patio!!!
Vegetarian options: They have many yummy options!!!
Kid-friendliness: Super fun patio, with games for kids to play with, plus a lot of people hang out with their furry family members!!!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is reallllly wheel chair freindly.
Dietary restrictions: Staff is super helpful with any dietary needs!!!

The pre made burgers were very dry and the meat didn’t taste well at all . My son ordered the cheese fries and the cheese and bacon were burnt . The quality of food is not what it used to be . We have been customers since it opened but we will not be going back ! !

Once 7-11 bought this location, it became a giant waste of space. The property isn't kept up well with weeds and trash outside, they have a generic chicken place inside for food vs their old family friendly eclectic menu. The newish enclosed patio is already in need of a deep clean and re-paint at a minimum. No need to go there anymore.

Apparently they can't advertise all of their options in the food store because of contractual obligations...They sell pulled pork bbq, made every day on-site...in pound containers...They also smoke their own beef brisket, on-site, a couple days a week...Just ask.Thanks to Gil and Tyler

I stopped in and got two 5 GA. Jugs of unleaded gas. One for my lawn mower and one for spare gas for my truck. Bith stalked put. Because I found out that all of that gas was 3/4 water. I have now got. 1400 bill to get my truck fixed. I have called them several times and have yet to have my calls returned.

Dont order wings unless you want to eat a nothing but bone and ton of battered crust. Horrible! Quality of food is nothing like it was.

Honestly this place has gone so downhill since transition ownership. Staff is unpleasant, half of the gas pumps don't work, and you can forget paying at the pump because it never works. There are much better places in Montpelier or Short pump for your convenience store needs. Save yourself the hassle.

Update 4/19/2021It's a ROLL of the dice, if they are open. Made several trips only to find it closed. Here's hoping for Tommy to open up in short pump !Review is for the gator car wash, this used to be the best around. My last five or so visits left me bummed. The maintenance must be lacking, hardly any soap, never mind the tire shine NEVER works. Time to find a new favorite!

The absolute worse place. I only went there for the gas discount. The store always has too many people inside, music is too loud so you cannot hear anything, half the time the pumps might work right. Tried three different cards, then left and got gas elsewhere. The staff is rude and not at all helpful. Don't stop there UNLESS you have to.
