When I picked the car, found the price is cheaper than the quote. They said the price of the part dropped when they ordered it, so they reflected it on the final price. They are honest.

The first visit was great (reasonable price and fast) but the second one is not. I replaced several parts and cost me $1400 and I got a new issue after 4 days...The engine light was on and I did not know if it was safe to drive or not. I provided the engine error code to them but they could not tell me if the car was drivable or not. Thus, I got my car towed (wait for 4 hours for the tow trunk).
They fixed the new issue in one day but they can not give me any reimbursements.After I call them back, they told me if I have a receipt of the tow, they can give me a reimbursement. Unfortunately, I purchased a new AAA membership to get the tow, so they said they can not give me a reimbursement for the tow fee.
If they had told me more information about the reimbursement under the warranty, I would have called a tow company instead of buying AAA membership.”
“Richmond Ford West is the most organized dealer I've ever been to for service on your vehicle and when you schedule service they are ready for you at your scheduled time. They even offer to take you somewhere close by to eat or shop while your vehicle is being serviced. Incredible place to work on your vehicle.”
“After searching for a local available heavy wrecker, I contacted BROYLES. They were responsive to assist with moving our heavy Purple Heart Firetruck left off the road with mechanical problems. Dean Edward came with his 40 ton rotator on the scene and took charge of a tough situation. He really took all the safety precautions for towing this beast and overcame all the obstacles of this old vehicle.

“Roy's painted the hood and cab roof of my Toyota pickup truck. The original seal coat had deteriorated badly and some of the paint had worn off completely. “My car was broken into and attempted theft. My insurance told me to pick a place to take my vehicle for an estimate. I'm beyond happy picking Crash Champions. Fiat they were very patient from the beginning. They listen to my dreadful story how I was a victim of a Tiktok challenge. They were very clear and communicative with the time frame that they needed to make the needed repairs. Alondra helped me when I needed to pick up my car. She was so sweet and kind. She explained every detail of what happened and walked me through checking out. She made me feel like every step was taken to ensure the continued safety of my vehicle by the entire team as well. I appreciated her energy and care while I was in the office. I was even able to leave my rental there for the rental place to pick up since they partner together. “I wish I could give 10 stars. I had a blowout yesterday and it happened about 5 miles from this location. Once I got the spare on, I called them and explained he situation. We were driving from Northern VA to visit a friend in Myrtle Beach. They told me they had plenty of tires to choose from for my Audi and took care of me in less than an hour. I also appreciate they gave me a full-range of options and actually recommended the cheap tire that was also on sale. Given the situation, they could've easily taken advantage because I wasn't going anywhere else and I'm sure they knew that. Really good people at that location and I want to let the world know about it. I usually don't even write reviews. Enjoy!”
