I switched from Verizon to AT&T. It has been a nightmare. Everything has gone wrong and I am sick of calling and reaching people in other countries. I was told to go to the repair store for my new phone that got totally screwed up by Samsung. AT&T, Samsung, nor the repair store could fix my phone. I left the repair store after a ton of horrible phone calls with both Samsung and AT&T. I wanted to talk to someone in person at AT&T. I do not know the light skinned black or ethnic man's name at the store as he didn't offer it. He was rude and did not want to help me. I tried to explain all that had gone on and he didn't care. I am an ill, disabled person and what has gone on has literally been a nightmare. This phone was supposed to be free then I find out I am paying for it and now owed a credit of $583.32 on my account but AT&T won't add the credit for 2 billing cycles. It shows I am due the credit online. I am having to pay manually and will incur late payments which is ridiculous. Then my phone stopped working correctly, all kinds of error messages, and problems, Google Assistant not working, tons wrong, thanks to a Samsung update that caused global disruption to most all S23 series phones, but I have to find out this out from Verizon. AT&T did not know. Going to the AT&T store did nothing but to fuel my anger and distain for this Corp greedy companies who don't care about anyone but making money. The man working in this particular store was a jerk. I have nothing good to say about Verizon or AT&T. They are equally as bad. Comcast for TV is horrible as well. This post goes outside the realm of this one store but we have a global issue that is just infuriating and no one should have to go through the nightmare I have for the last 2 months. It's been totally insane! F- on the man working in the AT&T store. Will not go back.

So amazing service.I’ve been trying to change to prepaid plan .so went to two of AT&T stores but they can’t do for me. N I call online n talk with 4 peoples but they can’t help me either.finally I came here today there has one man with long hair n cute who help me in 5mits .i was like Yeaa .. n so happy ?.

Had to upgrade my phone yesterday an experience I am usually not pleased about. However the experience I had with Troy made it a pleasure. He was absolutely the best. Thank you for the great service.

They were extremely unhelpful when I went in to add a line.. they literally just handed me the new phone in a bag- didn’t even open or turn on the new phone. I was porting a new number and had problems when I left because they didn’t do their job. I wanted to trade in a phone and was told.. you need it to transfer your data and you can’t do it here. The guy was too busy worrying about everything but helping us. When I went back today to take the phone I wanted to trade in originally and there was a sign on the door “at lunch. Be back at 1:46”.This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable!He also added a $45 protection plan to my monthly bill even after I specifically stated that I didn’t want it. I would do apple care which is $7 cheaper a month per device.

AT&T store reps were not paying attention and made multiple mistakes when entering my order. They were focused on getting us in and out and listening to rap music in the store. He ended up ordering the wrong phone and then made us call 611 to resolve and reorder. It seems like phone store reps used to provide much better customer service and now it just seems like you hired anyone off the street who has little knowledge and is only focused on their commission vs helping the customer with their specific needs. I was not the only person in the store having a bad experience. I could see others getting frustrated as well. What’s the point of driving to come into the store for help when the reps just have us call out for everything. I am considering not renewing service with AT&T in the future. Very disappointed.

Went in to upgrade due to issues with an old phone. The rep was knowledgeable when my phone stopped the transfer and very helpful when I was confused. During their down time we talked about video games. Great place will go back again if I have another issue.

The guy was too busy on his phone. Asked him several questions that he wouldn’t answer/help with even though I know they’re able to help with because I had the same questions a couple of months ago with a different person. He just continued to look down while I sat there waiting and when I asked him again he asked if I was talking to him (I wasn’t just sitting there for no reason). Get home and the new phone and line doesn’t even work after being told I was good. Now I have to go back in. Absolutely pointless at this store!! Been with At&t for over two decades and this is the kind of service they give off!!

Daytron, was so helpful and professional! My mother wasn’t at her best health that day and he helped us get the service done. His patience and helpful attitude made me feel appreciated as a customer. Best instore customer service I’ve ever received.

Tron was immensely helpful in providing me with diligent and polite service. I came in with a problem and expressed my concern and he listened intently throughout the entirety of the conversation. After letting me speak and explain my situation, Tron helped me get everything straightened out by helping me get my business number fixed. I couldn’t be more grateful for the his time and effort in making sure I was taken care of and leaving satisfied.

Store decided to close its doors even though I called ahead letting them know at what time I was arriving. Store employee ignored me while serving the customers inside (which is understandable if he is the only one but could’ve acknowledged me and let me know that he can’t take more customers but simply ignored me). Sad.

Hayden has been absolutely wonderful! She has helped me upgrade my phone and made sure that I got all of the proper discounts, etc. Great personality, smiles ? a lot AND helpful has become kind of rare in the last few years it is nice to see that there are still people like Hayden working in customer related jobs ?. Thanks again Hayden!
