I think they should take into consideration one's income or lack thereof when rasing the rent. A sliding scale would be more appropriate than taking the ENTIRE S.S. cost of living increase, and then some. This represents absolute greed!! Minus the tenants with section 8 or vouchers, you took this amount from everyone else! Add it up...I did! It equals GREED! And for such an increase, what did we get extra? Nothing! My income qualifies me for section 8 or a voucher, but there's no available funding. So, for the one day out of the 365 days you do a "tenant appreciation" day, why not REALLY show your appreciation for tenants like myself who are REALLY struggling to pay their rent by using a sliding scale to offset the high rent. I've been living here for 11 yrs. Never paid the rent late, and have been an exemplary tenant! By taking ALL of my income, and then some, YOU have left me, a 69 yr. old disabled person without any extra cash to live on! You, as a Human being, I can't imagine that sitting right with you! Or with anyone! While you get H.U.D. to offset your expenses, I live off of donations, and borrowed money! And please don't tell me to find elsewhere to live. Not when YOU alone can remedy the situation! Additionally, you SERIOUSLY NEED to clean your vents/air ducts! I suffer from extreme allergies, and other respiratory issues. I am CONSTANTLY having to dust every other day, as thick, gray dust forms all over the furniture, counters, etc. This dust gets buried in the cheap, dirty carpet, which no matter how much I vacuum, the dust, etc. remain in the carpet! I am CONSTANTLY coughing, and sneezing! I already mentioned my Doctor strongly recommending me removing my carpet. I can certainly use a paint job as well! And I would even provide a better paint than the one that's being used. So these are my main issues. Let's see how, when, or if you're going to address these issues. And then we can address some of the smaller issues. Thanking you in advance.

Maintenance called to replace kitchen faucet which had a leak in it. Maintenance employee was very respectful and replaced the whole unit in a very short time. Very satisfied with his work.
