Today, November 20th between 3-4pm, I went in to open an account and possibly get new phones. I was helped by JEFF and he helped me with laying out many options. We ended up only activating services for our own phones, BYOD. JEFF was very helpful in so many ways, and he was very patient with me. I'd recommend JEFF, at AT&T, to friends. Shah is outstanding! His customer service is tremendous! The Broad St. location is lucky to have him. We came in at 7:45pm, just before closing. My son needed a phone upgrade prior to going on vacation. Shah was able to get the phone purchased and working service before they closed! Thank you!!
