doors locked during business hours with sign saying they don’t have any doctors to treat patients? please remove this false location, people in need of urgent care should not have to deal with these issues.

If you are given the option to come here for a pre employment drug screening GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Place does not respect your time. I have been waiting nearly 30 minutes now even though I’m the only person in the building. I’ll be calling the background check company after this and asking them to remove this location as an option based on my experience.

Were not even open for walk in care said they had no doctors and were only doing drug testing had to drive 30 mins to other location nurse was rude

Went here in the thick of COVID. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. We felt safe and were in and out in no time. We started with a telehealth appointment and had to do an in-office visit for x-rays. I would highly recommend this facility. Bummed this location is temporarily closed for staffing issues ?

If I could rate higher than a 5/5, I would!! I needed a doctors note to return to work, my kids were sick and I’d missed a few days straight. Per company policy, I required a clean bill of health in order to return. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes, they were quick, efficient, & excellent bedside manner! The MA student who triaged me, Shauntrea A. was absolutely amazing! Great personality, for starters, we had trouble with the BP machine acting up & had to repeat it 3x, but the fact that she kept me laughing about it the entire time totally negated the aggravation of the machine malfunctioning!Absolutely recommend to anyone who needs to be seen, for whatever reason, in a quick & friendly fashion!!

AFC was great, I made an appointment online for a yearly physical and blood work since it’s so hard to get into my PCP. I made an appointment online and uploaded my insurance card and license, and they had plenty of open slots. I came in and everyone was super helpful and nice and the Ellen the NP I met was so nice and thoroughly listened to me and my concerns, and was able to send off my much needed prescriptions and blood work was easy and fast. Thank you guys!!

I walked into AFC Urgent Care at 3pm with a serious hand burn from a kitchen grease fire. After making me wait for nearly half an hour, and making me fill out the paperwork on my phone with one hand, the triage attendant on duty finally figured out that they couldn't treat a burn and told me to drive west on Broad St to the Bon Secours Emergency Room. It was an awful experience ... I don't know why they couldn't tell me that as soon as I arrived! I'm sorry that I cannot recommend this facility.

We came to this urgent care location because of the excellent reviews. My fiancé had a large, swollen, and leaking cut on her forearm and needed antibiotics treatment. The staff humiliated and mocked her openly as I sat in the waiting room (which you can hear). Unacceptable behavior by “healthcare professionals”. I’d take my chances elsewhere if you are reading this looking for an urgent care.

Walk-ins not actually welcomed as advertised. I waited almost 2 HOURS for a flu shot. I came up to her once after waiting, and she said I'd be next. Three patients were seen after that. I came up a second time and she gave me an intake form only then, and said it was because I was a walk in. Wish they would've told me from the start to make an appointment as to not waste time. Make an appointment if you go.

Loved being able to make an appointment for an x-ray. Joyner was wonderful and carefully explained the procedure. Would come back for any urgent care need!

Very good experience. The doctor and assistants are all nice and listen with an open mind. I got my blood drawn and barely felt anything, which is a big plus for me since I am very anxious around needles!

My daughter came down with a nasty cold and had been battling a fever for nearly three days. At her peak, I had gone to three other urgent cares who would not accept walk-ins and were booked out through the day, patient first had people standing in the waiting room - not even one available parking space in the parking lot. I had called AFC asking if they would be able to see us when the receptionist said they were booked throughout the day as well. I felt defeated and frustrated and she did everything to try and help me come up with solutions. She asked me a few follow up questions about my daughter and she ended up telling us to come in regardless of being completely booked and that they would squeeze her in but we may have to wait a while. That’s okay, I showed up. As soon as I came in, she confirmed it was me who she had spoken with over the phone, explained there had JUST been a cancellation and they got us in nearly immediately after arriving. Call it luck but between the receptionist and the nurse practitioner who saw her in the exam room, they had incredible bedside manner and were extremely caring, empathetic and compassionate. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent care. All of the staff members were kind and efficient. Tracy Lumpkin, the PA, was incredible and went above and beyond to help me. I would strongly recommend coming here for any of your urgent care needs!

Horrible experience, the lobby was empty, but the provider took forever. My son was brought in for not feeling well, but someone with a drug test was taken in first even though they came after. I don’t understand how the drug test is more important than someone being sick? Will never come here again and I certainly do not recommend it.

The front desk staff were very kind and informative. The check I process was easy. The providers and nurses were very nice and gentle throughout my visit.
