I am posting this in public interest. Do not take your vehicle for state inspection to their their shop. Every year you take the vehicle, they're going to bring out one fault or the another even though that Fault existed the previous year and they refused to fix it and gave you an Okay on the state inspection and fix some random things and charge $1,000 for it. Next year , they bring up the same fault/ problem that existed before and want to fix it this time and charge you $800 for it. In the previous year what they fixed the car doesn't drive the same as it did before. So I guess average mechanics and then try to rip money off you

I've been a customer of Aarrow for at least a decade. Three different cars now, I don't hestitate to go to Aarrow. Great service, fair prices, they work with extended warranties. Roy and his team are top-notch.

Horrible experience here. Went for a simple inspection and they cant even realize the laws they are quoting you are not even accurate! Mechanics are not very well trained. They failed my truck due to third brake light not working. Here is the kicker . He stands behind the truck along with me to say “the light is not working. “ The brake light dont work unless the pedal is depressed. Smh . I wish I was making this up. Stupidity runs deep here. Just my experience. Make your own judgement .Good day !

We have been coming to this place for years and have spent a lot of money. Not anymore. I dropped my car off Saturday morning and had $750 worth of work done. I went in and settled up about 3:30 since they close at 4:00, however I couldn't pick the car up until around 5:00. When I went back to pick up the car it wouldn't start.I had to call roadside assistance to come jump start the car, after waiting for an hour. When I called Aarrow on Monday they offered no compensation, like it wasn't their problem. Obviously they don't appreciate my business so I'm taking it elsewhere.

Manager was very helpful took 5 minutes to figure out and resolve issue.
The place I usually go staff is miserable no one even attempted to assist and everyone was "at lunch"
Last time I went at 2 pm and everyone was at lunch. No longer will recommend them
Arrow is my new go to, has a much friendlier vibe and parking isn't a nightmare

Very Disappointing. We put a new transmission in a work van with a 2 year warranty. We had an issue with it in 23 months. They claimed we needed to pay another $1,000 to have it repaired. We reluctantly did. That Band-Aid lasted 2 months. And now NOTHING we can do. The Manager, Brian is not trust worthy.

I am SO impressed. Carlos found issues several other mechanics missed. The team took pictures of everything and explained what they were doing as the work progressed. I dropped my car in a Sunday and got it back a day later- I was floored at the level of service! They also gave me a goodie/welcome bag of merch as I left! I will 100% be returning. They’re the only mechanics I trust now!

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles to this location since we moved to the Twin Hickory area in 2018. Prior to today's experience I would have given positive feedback to anyone who asked about their services. I urge anyone who is reading any negative reviews to give consideration to the negative feedback about this shop prior to making a decision for awareness sake. Do I feel like they are good mechanics? Yes, I do and that's why we have been going here for such a long time. Do I feel that their customer service needs work? Absolutely. I have an older car that is having some issues with the backup camera. This is an issue I communicated to the shop. I'm aware that the backup camera on the vehicle has issues. I booked an appointment to drop-off the vehicle on Friday the 16th during booking I explained that I would need the vehicle fixed and picked up no later than Monday evening as my husband needs his car to drive to the office. After talking with the woman on the call she told me that this shouldn't be an issue and the vehicle would probably be ready for me by end of day Saturday. I dropped the car off on the 16th around 7:40am and went over the details of the issue with the woman in the counter once again. I did not hear an update all Friday. On the way home from work my husband passed by the shop noticed that the car hadn't been moved from where I parked it when I dropped it off on Friday morning. The next day I did not hear an update on the vehicle's status. We passed by the shop after they were closed and noticed that the car was still parked in the same spot where I left it. Since they are closed on Sunday, I called first thing Monday morning since I was starting to panic about not having a vehicle to drive and they don't offer loaner cars either. The woman speaks to me on the phone and she says she will talk to the technician about the status of my car and then call me back. Two or three hours later passed when I decided to call the shop again to check back. A man speaks to me and tells me that he will speak to the technician and puts me on hold. I'm informed at this time that the technician has just started to look at my car and this was around 11:00am. Around 11:30am I received a voicemail from the technician to ask some follow up questions about my car. He advised that I purchase a new backup camera from the dealer, which would cost 542.00 and there was no guarantee that the issue would be resolved by purchasing this. If there were a guarantee that this would solve the issue, I would not hesitate to pay this cost and the service fees. He just needed a factory backup camera installed by a professional in order to proceed further with troubleshooting. I decided that with no guarantee of my issue getting fixed, 542.00 was a hefty ask and opted to just pick up my vehicle. It's perfectly drivable with the backup camera malfunctioning, just inconvenient and would be great to fix. That evening I showed up with my husband to pick the car up, they have not fixed anything and the technician probably spent an hour on it. The bill was 182.00. I didn't think asking me to pay 182.00 just to look at my car and pretty much say "yeah its definitely not working, we need you to buy an expensive backup camera from the dealer in order to investigate more" was a reasonable or a fair ask. They were not willing to budge on the fees not even for loyal and longtime customers. Needless to say there are loads of mechanics around and we will be exploring other options for our vehicles for future needs.
UPDATE: I was not advised at the time of booking that my diagnostic cost could be as much as 182 dollars! I would've quickly declined that. They could not put any guarantee that spending 542 on factory parts could solve my issue. If they told me (as stated above) that buying this factory camera would solve my problem I would have been glad to pay it. But since there was no guarantee I would be foolish to throw money down the drain.
