I am not going to crucify them too much here since I was only stopping by to use the bathroom...the store generally seemed cleaned, well staffed, and staff looked engaged. The big issue I have was the bathroom was filthy and didn't match the rest of the store and setting. Bathroom didn't need to be perfect but it did need to look A LOT better than it did. Graffiti on the stall/urinal partition, toilet paper/trash on the floor (everywhere), and a general uncleanliness that made the experience subpar. This wasn't just something a child came in and did a few minutes earlier, it was clearly that way for a while. If pride is taken in the store and restaurant end of things it doesn't show in the bathroom.

We stopped in on a busy Saturday to grab some lunch at the Roost in 7-11. Not only was the food great, Ginger, the gal that waited on us was the definition of awesome customer service! She was one of the friendliest employees in a convenient store I’ve ever encountered! I cannot praise her high enough! I will be calling her manager and giving her a very high recommendation for her service and work ethic! These days, it’s hard to find younger people with such a happy, helpful attitude! Thank you Ginger!

That guy that works overnight shift has zero customer service skills. You speak to him he looks at you like you are stupid. I will never spend a dime here again. Longtime customer who will go to the Valero on Ashland road where they have much better overnight attitudes. Will never come here again ever!

This review is for the raise the roost attached to the 711. Yesterday my order got messed up and the chicken didn't make it into my bag. I didn't realize it until I got home, but I called the store and talked to someone at RTR. I talked to a man named Kalief who remembered me and confirmed that my chicken wasn't in the bag, checked my receipt and told me to come in the next day for the rest of my meal. There was no drama, he confirmed it and my order was replaced when I came back today.Despite that I was tired and hungry from a 13 hour shift, Kalief was empathetic and professional and I appreciate that so much. Promote that man. I will be back to order more.

I nicknamed them, The Olde Country Store. I like the rocking chairs outside to lounge on while having a quick bite to eat here. They have got some really genuine people working here. I always enjoy stopping by when I'm able to do so.

Stop in for lunch and fuel from time to time and they never have any hot food out and when you try to place a order for something they don't have it. Place seems to well staffed for not having hot food at all times.

7 Eleven bought AW Shucks Country Store several years ago. Afterwards it seemed like the food went downhill quickly. We eventually stopped going. We went again tonight and I was very impressed with the food again. I had a salad that was very tasty and fresh. We also had the pizza and fries. At our table we had the fried chicken, Philly cheese steak, a chicken bacon ranch wrap and onion rings. Everyone enjoyed the food. The staff is friendly and attentive. They make you feel very welcome. We love the patio, especially on warmer days. It's a great way to spend an evening. The music was fantastic! My only complaint is the communication about the acts and events. They used to have a billboard out front with the acts and updated their social media more frequently. All in all a great way to spend an evening with friends.

Couldn't rate this place higher. They have amazing coffee, better then most coffee places. The food is great, and so is the staff. They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays which gives the place a super close country feel. Overall a super great place
