Apparently this place will take advantage and rip people off. They quoted damage on my wife’s vehicle at $2300. I went to two other places and one was $500 and the other $475. That is a drastic difference. There is only one small dent and a scratch. I just dont see how they quoted that big of a difference and gave the option for her to pay and schedule right then. If this had been someone who didnt know any better or an older person they would have been screwed. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Edit. Y’all called her about this review. I have tried to call ya back but guess what, the number is “currently unavailable”. I have the itemized receipt, $400 some dollars in paint, over $1000 in labor. 173 for parts? What part? This estimate is way off as anyone can see by the pictures. And as i was told by other places. If your estimates from online arent accurate you shouldnt use that feature and you certainly shouldn’t give the option to pay and book at the end of it. I will try to call again, but it’s clear yall were in the wrong here and a mistake was made, whether it was intentional or not. And honestly with your clap back of am I sure I got the right place??? I mean yall called her about the review so obviously you know what Im talking about, and then not answering or having a down phone number you provided just kind of solidifies my opinions.

Making a car insurance claim and having a car repair done is something no one looks forward to, but TNT made it extremely easy and pain free. I was able to send pictures of the damage and I was quickly given a quote. The repair process was professional and the quality of work was excellent. Tim and his staff are highly recommended.

TNT Autobody has worked on our vehicles more than a few times and the quality of workmanship has been fantastic! Our car had an unfortunate incident with the local wildlife and when TNT fixed it, there was no sign it had ever been wrecked. From the friendly staff to the prompt service, TNT is the best around!
