All smiles when they get the money. I bought a 4x4 truck and the 4x4 didn't work. Took it back to let him see. He saw it wasn't working and sent me to American transmission. It took them 3 weeks to schedule me. They tried to charge me so I called Smith's back and they acted like they didn't remember and said because they took so long to schedule my warranty ran out.

Bought a Pontiac for my daughter had a friend look at it and was told the water pump was going bad. Brought it back and was told it wasn't covered under the warranty. Every other week something was wrong with this car. 5 months later the "new" transmission blew, we cut out losses and sent it back. Should've looked at the reviews for this place. I assumed since they were in business for so long it was because they were honest and stood behind their cars, boy was I wrong.

He's a dam crook bought a Toyota Tundra truck from him drove it to DMV to get my tags and the gas tank falls off under it got it to the shop to find out the frame was eat up with rust you could put your fist through the frame refused to switch it for something different or give my money back he thought it was funny he just laughed about it highly don't recommend him ended up out about $4500 altogether and he could careless you got the inspection done but tell everyone how the state police fined them because it was in such bad shape said it should've never passed inspection or even been on the Road don't be trying to lie to people a

Scam artist. Sells vehicles that can’t pass an inspection from a reputable mechanic. Stole money from a hard working blue collar guy and does not care. BUYER BEWARE. Refused to give back down payment and resold vehicle!!! Vehicle didn’t even make it to the dmv to get tags!! No frame left! But he could “get a guy to fix it”. THIEF!

Just paid 4500 down on a truck!!! Haven’t even had it a month and it needs a new transmission. They don’t help at all now I have a 2500 dollar repair. They just steal your money here!!!! Don’t recommend at all!!!!!

Awful customer service!!! We have a car from them and they are very rude the lady that works there is awful. They are not understanding to anyones circumstances. They sale cars that have problems. My husbands vehicle has been in the shop since we have gotten the truck! I will not recommend them to anyone. That lady that works there needs to retire!! I will never buy a car from them again please beware of these nasty rude people.

Very rude. I stepped in the office to ask for help and pricing, when I asked, do you have any vehicles $1500 or less down the woman quickly snapped no. And that was it. I will never go back and will never send anyone there! Horrible experience

If you do decide to go with them Drive the car at least 10 or 12 miles
