“Update. They did call me today with my paperwork for my tags and title. So putting this back to my original 4. Update.. everything was great except its been 60 days and they still don't have the title for me to turn in to the bank for the loan collateral... will see how that goes and update when a title is ready. bought a Toyota Highlander from them last month. The experience was great. I drove several vehicles. They just gave me a tag to put on whatever vehicle I wanted to drive. One Dodge I wanted to test didn't start. While they charged the battery, I drove this one. I just took the tag back to the office and left to check out other places. This one does have high miles, but was in great shape saving for rotors. I gave 4 stars because I did have to directly put on rotors, brake pad and oil change. That said, I knew that up front when I drove it and mentioned it. It was so easy. I simply called back, said I wanted the vehicle, they came down $2100 on it to meet the ECU loan value, and held it for me until my next day off to pick it up. So far so good. It rides and drives like a dream. For how long? Who knows? I understood it was an older vehicle when I got it, but I got the best I could afford and the payments are low. I didn't have to haggle or wait. It was super easy and Christie had it ready to go, even in the pouring rain when I got there.”
