An error occurred with one of my repairs. It was an honest, human oversight. I thought the piece was compromised. This was not a super valuable piece- it was special and had sentimental meaning to me. Without hesitation they offered and took full responsibility. When I picked up the repaired piece for the second time- I was amazed. The amount of effort, labor and craftsmanship that they executed to correct the issue was incredible. Without extra charge to me. They restored my piece with the upmost of care and skill. It turned out beautiful. I am so impressed with this level of customer service and integrity. I will always patronize this business and recommend them highly.

“Shopping here is SO fun! They have a little of everything-- clothes for all ages, shoes, toys, decor, random stuff. They have nice spacious fitting rooms, bathrooms, and a changing table. If you bring in stuff to trade, they are super quick to look at it!”

“Short trip from NE Tennessee.....we heard about this boutique when the owner was on Good Morning Tri Cities. Lots of great gift ideas....nice variety for both woman and men....Kids as well. The owner was very cordial and helpful. We bought a couple of Christmas gifts.....we'll be back again.”
