My experience with AU was disappointing to say the least. I purchased 2 modern warfare t-shirts and wanted the gamer tags put on the back. Took them to AU and was assured they did this all the time. When I picked them up the first shirt wasn't too bad (puckered, but I thought I could iron on reverse side and fix) but one of the numbers on the second shirt had a wrinkle/crack in it. I said" I hate that the 4 is jacked up" and both employees (men in their 40's) said "Well those shirts were really wrinkled" I ask if they didn't have an iron. "Yes that's what we do it with and I stretched and stretched that shirt......they just package them so small in that packaging......." My question is why did they not call me and have me wash and iron the shirts. Why if they did one and found it difficult, did they do the second one and mess it up? All I could think about as I heard their excuses was, I won't be able to find the sizes in these shirts to replace them, let alone that now I have $45 invested in shirts that I am embarrassed to give as gifts and these professionals would not display as examples of their workmanship.
