The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She is phenomenal. She had multiple frustrated and overwhelmed customers while I was in the store and she handled everything efficiently and every customer left feeling grateful that she was there to assist. 10 stars! I would dance at her wedding!

So, I am a faithful customer of this store for many years. As the majority of stores are doing, there is now a “self checkout” on returns now. I get it.
As I was walking through the door with my returns, I was immediately directed to the new kiosk. This kiosk is poorly designed with even more poor instructions. I was left alone to figure out how to scan, choose my packing, pack, and drop off my packages in appropriate container.
Little to no help from staff.
The petite lady with long black/grey hair was especially unhelpful. It was as if I was bothering her because I didn’t know how to do “her” job,.
Taking longer than usual, and this lady correcting how I packaged my returns, I checked out and left.
I had major anxiety upon leaving the store.
Just trying to help the upcoming customers entering this store.

I always receive fast friendly service at the UPS store in Galax. Dawn was extremely helpful during my recent visit. Keep up the good work.

I arrived at the store in Galax at around 6:30pm Friday 03/29 needing to get an urgent package to Richmond on Monday 04/01. The lady waiting on me, Dawn, was very helpful and accommodating even staying past her quitting time to make sure my package was processed. She explained that the truck had already ran and the most she could guarantee is the package arriving by 8:30am on Tuesday, 04/02. This was acceptable . She was very sweet and I have nothing negative to say about my experience.

We came into the store 10 minutes before closing. My wife had 4 Amazon returns to process. Macon was great! He showed my wife how to get Amazon to generate a return QR code that he scanned and made a label for each package. Macon was so helpful and polite to her. All the employees here are good to work with and Macon is no exception. Thank you Macon!

I want to put a shout out to Macer Anderson at the Galax, Virginia store, who took the time to pack up my laptop, and send it to me…. I accidentally left it at the store, and could not get back in time after a show at the Rex Theater! He is an awesome representation of what an employee for UPS should be.

This staff is beyond helpful to me and my family. Always friendly and knowledgeable. I go to my ups store very often and I'm grateful for the people who help me. Kris was awesome today in helping with my needs.

The employee was kind and courteous. Karina acted very professionally, and worked efficiently. Even though it took until a few minutes after 7:00 p.m. to complete my business, she did not express any discontent or frustration about having to stay a little extra time in order to assist me with my shipping needs.
