Very nice people/shop! We were from out of town and needed a brake repair before we headed home. Twin county was able to get us in the same week. Very thankful for them to get us safely back on the road! Would highly recommend!

I took my car in for some steering issues and found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Importantly, they are honest. The problem was an easy (and inexpensive) fix.Having had dealings with unscrupulous auto repair shops in the past, I really appreciated that Twin County Tire & Automotive didn't charge for anything that wasn't needed or inflate their prices. Plus, they have a wonderful in-house pup to greet you, Anna May. :-)

I went to have my vehicle inspected and was told to fix a few things and that I could come back and have it re-inspected free of charge. After fixing it, when I called to have the reinspection done they told me they can't get me in for another month and a half and they won't refund my money so I can have it inspected somewhere else. I have already received a $106 ticket over it and having to wait on them.

We use Twin County whenever we need tires, oil changes, inspections, etc. They are very nice, very knowledgeable, and they won't charge any unnecessary fees! We recently had to have a sensor replaced on our older model Cadillac SRX. The check engine light was still in after our service and while no one else could figure out why, they warned us they suspected our timing chain was getting ready to go bad even though the only symptom was the engine light...no noise, no idling issues, no throttle issues, nada. The younger fella who assisted us at the front counter cautioned us to not drive the car much and to take it to an engine repair center ASAP, he didn't want to see us left stranded somewhere if the timing chain goes. He warned us if it breaks down, it's going to be expensive, and to please be careful. Well of course all the armchair mechanics we know said it was just an electrical short, yadda yadda yadda, and our car would be fine. Three weeks later, the car went completely kaput. We towed it to the nearest GMC dealer to have it evaluated by their techs...give ya one guess what it was? YEP, the timing chain! I had driven it some pretty long distances in that 3 weeks, so I had also damaged the gear set and valves...it was a $3grand repair (yes I know the car isn't worth much, but it has sentimental value so we had it repaired). These guys at Twin County Tire know their stuff, I will always trust them with my car!

I called to get antifreeze in my car and they fit me right in, found my problem, and had the parts on the way! Was so happy to get it fixed and they even offered to pick it up and fix it the next day if I had any trouble with it! Very reasonable price considering parts and labor and very friendly too!

Do not come here if you are looking for good customer service. I took my car here on my summer break from college for a simple oil change. As a result, TCC mechanics destroyed my oil pressure sensor and stripped the oil plug on my car. I am currently 3 hours away at college and when I called to voice my concern I was simply told “it isn’t our problem and there is nothing they could do.” They clearly have no problem leaving a college student 3 hours away stranded. Do not go here, you’re better off letting the Carroll county auto class work on your car.P.s I am about 700 dollars into fixing their mistakes on my car.
