Great service and good people. This was my 1st time using this automotive repair shop and I was pleased with the service. We had been loyal customers to another shop near by who's no longer doing detailed work on cars. They mentioned Blue Ridge tire and Automotive because of a particular mechanic who worked there and they trusted. Highly recommend! We will be making them our new go to for our vehicles.

They must do good work, because they're always backed up! Took a week to get my truck back, but they're very friendly gentlemen, so I will continue to do business with them!

These guys are great. New tires and alignment for less than I would have paid for just the tires at other discount places. Then they fixed some check engine codes that baffled two other mechanics. Pleasant staff, nice waiting area with clean customer restroom. They do VA inspections.

that kid Tj in the tire shop completely ruined my custom rims and now it will cost me 1000s to replace what one so called professional destroyed he needs to be fired he also tried to diagnose a problem with my car which I had the mechanic in the front check which of course this idiot was wrong I wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle there as long as he is there I know I won't be back until he is gone

ZIP TIE CITY - worst negligence - If you go there remove your engine cover immediately and check their work.April & May 2023 I had 3 separate jobs done at Blue Ridge Tire &Auto [ BRTA ] This was due to difficulty in finding the correct heater hoses for my 2012 Mazda 6.In July 2023 I removed my engine cover and shock - ZIP TIES were used to secure the 2 heater hoses to the bulk head- regular ZIP TIES.Additionally about 8 green round rat poison pellets that mice in my garage had placed on a niche on the engine block were visible. Would a normal response be to remove them or at least tell the owner ? I removed the pellets before returning to BRTA.BRTA also installed the heater hoses IN FRONT of the support fixed to the engine bulkhead. Since the mechanic took the OEM heater hoses off, he knew they were attached BEHIND the support,BRTA insisted that using regular ZIP TIES are adequate to withstand the heat the engine generates. They repositioned the hoses behind the support. These two failings could have caused loosening of the hoses when the zip ties melted or loosen due to flopping. Resulting in a disaster due to loss of fluid.I won't be returning to BRTA

Had a flat tire. They inflated it, no charge, but was a bad leak. Came back next day, and they repaired the leak, but also I ended up buying a new tire. They were very courteous, very helpful and efficient.
