They ALWAYS have problems with prescriptions. Like literally. Always. Especially through the app. Prescription says Action Needed and I call in and they run in through again and say “I dont know why it did that but we’ll get it ready for you”. That happens frequently. Then say, it’ll be ready in 20 minutes and drive up there and they say “Sorry, I forgot to put it through. Can you come back in 20 minutes?” Would stop going there if it weren’t for the fact that its 3 minutes from my house.

My positive experience is solely walk-into the store experience. The drive thru has been no issue for me personally and I can pick up what I need with ease. The store usually has things I need, sometimes specific make up will always be out of stock or they don’t sell them but they offer good alternatives and affordable prices for basics, some of the staff I’ve experienced in the store are lovely!! At the pharmacy window inside as well! I have had some issues with the prescription pick up times, the automatic system will say it’s ready one day then change it to something else and it’ll be 3 days later before I get a prescription but overall it’s a good location.

Terrible customer service at the drive thru pharmacy! They literally pulled down the closed for lunch sign as I was waiting at the drive thru window! Then they called to say we had a prescription ready for pick up, sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to be told they didn’t have the prescription ready! They are the worst!!!

Rejected my New Hampshire ID because it "looked fake." Didn't bother going through the verification process. What else am I meant to do when it's my only photo ID? Useless manager

The manager is lazy. They don’t check ID’s and just base their decisions off of their feelings. Literally go anywhere else, I have never had a good experience here

Fox at the pharmacy was extremely helpful with saving money on my prescription. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and didn't judge! She needs a promotion ?

We were there for vaccination. There was a long way and everyone is waiting in the same place. Only one person is working and the other employees don’t even answer questions. Even though I made an appointment, I waited for minutes. So what’s the point of an appointment? I’m sure I won’t choose this place again.

I dropped off a disposable camera two and a half weeks ago and it has not come back yet. I am eager to get my photos and the staff acts like I am annoying for calling about it. Walgreens clearly states photos will come back within 7-10 days and it’s been over two weeks. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied. Don’t get photos here.

Rudest cashiers ever!!!!! I went to a cashier who had no customers and was laughing and being silly, when I put my stuff on her scanner she looked at me with a serious tone and told me to go over there!! Do not go to this location, the Walgreens in Bristow is like10 x better.

I am an M.D. for over 25 years. This is one of very the worst pharmacies I dealt with. Their service is at best mediocre. Trying to renew my prescription is just a nightmare. To end this nightmare after three refills. I am calling my doctor to transfer all my prescriptions to a far more reliable pharmacy such as Giant pharmacy or CVS. in Gainesville.

Cashier Nishat - worst customer service ever. She blamed me for not handing her a coupon before she hits the payment total button. Things coming out of mouth started with “You should have” and “I can’t”. She made ZERO attempt to be helpful or courteous. After a manger voids the transition and she started to Throw my purchases as she bags them. I don’t understand how is this acceptable in any store.

The pharmacy prescribed and charged me for the wrong medication. I called to discuss and thought I was speaking with a 15 year old intern who ended up being a condescending doctor. He told me that the law will not allow medication to be returned and I get that. However, Walgreens mistake cost me another co-pay which they refused to wave. Worst was the attitude of someone who was trained to have the public best health interest in mind and could care less about it. “If you don’t pay me again, you won’t get the right medicine.” He hung up on me because the conversation was too difficult. An apology off the bat would have been enough and instead he allowed it to decline to the point of losing a customer for good. On to CVS…For clarity, I do not dislike doctors; this one is in the wrong profession.
