The only pharmacy I've tried that has treated me non-judgementally with my often stigmatized meds.

Great service here. Does billing correctly. Handles variety of insurance (including TriCare) without any hassle. Very fast response.

This is a good sized Walgreens with a drive up prescription pickup window. Staff are friendly but like most places they seem to be understaffed a lot of the time, which translates to waits. To save wait time you can drop off (or have your physician send in) your prescriptions and they will text or call you when it is ready for pickup. If you choose to drop off in person you can ask for an estimated pickup time which is generally accurate.

Went in to print Christmas cards today and the staff was super helpful. Everyone was so pleasant and cheerful. Would definitely shop there again and use their store for my future photo needs.

Just went into the store and did not see any employees. Stood at the checkout counter with my items for purchase and no one came. Unbelievable! I had to walk out.

This location is disturbingly bad. Their pharmacy text notifications are consistently inaccurate and the staff seems confused by the most basic questions. We had to go back three times and still did not get the prescription due to a process issue that was handled when the prescription was submitted. The whole pharmacy group needs to be changed out. It is hard to trust anything that they do.

5/17/21 Pfizer Vaccine number 2 is now done. No 3rd shot come to my arm anytime soon. I am now sitting around for 15 minutes to make sure I don't pass out on the floor for a three second tan...thanks a lot John Cena, your songs are now on my mind. Once again the smell of weed or a skunk lingers by the Pharmacy. I asked the pharmacist about this and she told me they don't know where this smell is coming from. It has been looked into, but with no answers. I don't care for this smell, but I will leave it at that. The lady who checked me in on April 25th 2021 is the same lady who checked me in today. She said hello in her friendly tone got me squared away. The woman who did the injection was a different lady than last time. I did not enjoy the arm injection last time and preferred a butt injection this time around, but alas, it didn't happen. "C'est La Vie said the old folks." Five more minutes to go and I can go get something to eat. I haven't seen anyone else come in for a shot yet. This is fine by me. The wait time wasn't long and I can soon be on my way. The smell of weed is getting to me. This is why I have a four star review instead of a five star review. Well as John Cena said "Your time is up (in this case Walgreens) my time is now. You can't see me my time is now."

Visited this store today and found out that an employee who I was later told was a Manager. Walking through the store with "NO MASK". Upon inquiry I was told it was because of a health issue. Well COVID-19 is a health issue! Then as I stand in line to pay for my items and a woman enters the store and then decides to put her mask own. You signage clearly states you must have your mask on. Walgreens I need you to do better! This virus is still out here and people are dying everyday.

I live near this store and find it easier, cheaper and more environmentally friendly to walk to the stores in this area. Normally I would go in the store to pick up a prescription but because of COVID-19 I went to the drive through where a solid piece of glass would be between me and the store clerk. You can guess the rest. They not so politely told me I have to have a car to get my prescription. Now it is not like this is a busy place where someone might run me down. In fact there was a car behind me waiting in line. I ended up in the store face to face with the sales clerk. I was disappointed that Walgreens management can't see to adjust a few rules during a pandemic for the safety of their staff and customers.

Noticed a theme with this Walgreens location. They want to force you to purchase their store brand. They try to accomplish this by restocking lots of their Walgreens products and not restocking any brand names. Only have that trouble at this location. If you want brand, choose another location.

Oh my goodness this Walgreens is busy. Yes it is in a built up part of Gainesville, but whatever is in the water, has a lot of people going to this store at once. For them I'm sure it's profitable, but the long lines can be irritating. They generally try to do their best to adequately staff this store, but it's like they are treading water in an admirable manner. On the plus side, this store has everything. You can even get some basic groceries here. Their cologne and cosmetics section is among the biggest I've seen. The pharmacy staff are helpful as are the employees up front. It's a organized store, and I appreciate the decent width each aisle has. The layout is intuitive, so that can shave some time off the clock. Just like others in the chain they have good sales, and are almost always cheaper than CVS. Also they have cigarettes and other tobacco products, if that's important to you. I think this is an okay store, but due to just the sheer volume of people, I usually prefer other ones. They literally are all over northern Virginia.

so called in a prescription on Friday and received call Sunday to play twenty questions about what prescription I filled , They would not tell me what the heck it was over the phone until I guessed the right one. Between my wife and myself we take dozens of medications. it is wonderful to see that customer service in not a dying art.
