I've been taking my car to this place for a few years now. I thought it was on honest place to bring your car to get service. But I was very disappointed and wrong. I had an estimate for repairs that was needed but after a few two months from my original estimate. "somehow" the estimate can't be found in their system. So, with made another appointment and get an updated estimate and was told that after 30 mins or maybe an hour I should get my report. Afte almost 2 hours later, I came back and was told that that I would be charge for more diagnostic and it would have to be much later in the day. After wasting hours of my day. I was further insulted by the front desk people informing me that "oh we did take your car to the back and examine it". After just one look from my party of three people could clearly tell that our car was never moved from the spot when it was dropped off. When I told them that car was never moved, they said, "oh we moved it you just can't tell. And we tried to call you to let you know about your car, but you never answered" Well the only phone number they got from my was my sell and call log said, zero call waw ever made. Really! As a longtime customer I am now put in a position to pay out of pocket for something that was offer to me on my order ticket was "FREE" of charge. As a result of wasted time, and so many lies I will no longer do business with this place and would highly NOT recommend it to anyone! Honesty is all a customer ask for!!!! ZERO STAR!

Never returning again. 0 starts if I could!
Waited 3 hours in line for inspection,
My truck failed inspection, needed 1 tire, they told me next time I DON’T have to do the line again for re inspection.
Went back 6 days later with 4 new tires, got the paperwork done to “start” the re inspection,
Well, they decided to continue helping the others for inspection… 3 others cars and I was “supposedly” the next in line… I took off from work in the middle of my shift to get this done, I lost money and time for nothing, when I ask the person at the lobby 45 minutes later why my car was not re inspected and instead doing other cars, the answer was, well we are doing some “paperwork”
They did “paperwork” for other cars after me and do their inspections but they couldn’t do my car.
I decided to leave because I wasn’t going to wait another 3 hours.

Brought in my wife’s vehicle for European alignment. James was enthusiastic and welcoming. Kevin got the job done with prestige care, keen and professional. (Best alignment expert in NVA). Robert also provided a detailed report, showing the before and after measurements, which gave me confidence that the job was done right. I appreciate the dedication and quality of service. Highly recommended.

Wheel balancing costs 20$ per wheel, or 50$/ wheel if it’s a Tesla. So - it’s an 80$ service or 200$.
Costco tire service does balancing for 20$ - whole service, no matter the car!

They were really busy but they moved people through very well. Oil change was good with no surprises and new tires added. But was done fast and fair

I called VA tire today @730am iwas put on hold he said he’ll put me on a brief hold now is is 745am well that’s not a brief hold it’s hold hold or forgot about me. My question is it’s Monday and they should know about this. Is he the person working there? Poor customer service! It’s 748 and im going to put it down now. If they put me on hold again I’m going to ask if there’s only one person working in there today.
Update:
I called again but this a female associate answered my call as always she told me I’m gonna put on hold and said to her that I’d been on hold for 23 minutes . If you’re to put me on hold longer than five minutes I’m willing to back again. But she insisted that and promised that she not gonna forget about me and as soon as she finished up with the customer she’ll get me through. So a said ok I’ll wait but please don’t forget about me and she said no I will not do that to you so I waited. As promised she put me through and apologized for her fellow associate for having to put on hold for a long time. That my fellow reviewers a good customer service. I was in a bad mood but she managed to soften me. It’s Monday!
Update:
I checked in 955am for tire patch.i will update how the service was done.
10:32am pulled car from parking lot.
11:28am car is done but they just doing the paperwork ready. So far so good. Although the wait is okay. I google it how long to patch a tire it says 60-90 minutes. So it’s within the time frame. So I change my one start to 3 star.
I’ll be back again for my 60k miles maintenance.

Robert was the guy who dealt with the problem. Staff is extremely kind and humble. Robert explained to me in detail the exact problem which was broken belt. Highly recommended ????

Called on July 1, 2024, to get a quote for rear brakes replacement. I told the manager, James, that I have a coupon/flyer for up-to $100 discount that expired on the last day of June or the day before. The manager, James, told me to come in, and they will use the new coupon and apply $50 off since I am replacing 1 axle only. I went to drop the vehicle and informed the sales lady what the deal was with the manager. She note it in their system. When I picked up the vehicle, I didn't get the 25-point inspection report and was told to just come back so they would do the inspection. Upon reviewing the receipt, I realized that the $50 promised was not deducted from the total. In short, I was very unhappy with the experience and service I received today, and I just paid $700 for a rear brake job. I'm thinking of trying piedmont tire next time since they have a much better review from satisfied customer.

When you think of mechanics trying to "pull the wool over your eyes", you should think of Virginia Tire and Auto. I brought my vehicle in to have 4 tires put on. Dropped it off at 10:30am per my appointment time. Watched the tech pull it around while I waited for my ride (stalled 4 times, competence isn't really their thing), so they had the car in a service bay by 10:40. Received a VM at 3:03pm telling me there was a problem. They told me my lug nuts were swollen and would require another $350 to remove and replace them (all 20). As "Chris" said, it requires a socket that is .5mm as opposed to a whole size. A different size requires a $350 charge. They also tried to sell me brakes despite not being able to remove the tire and claiming they performed a "multi point inspection" again without removing a single tire. I understand that IF they were swollen, new lugs would be required but there is no extra effort in removal. A pack of 20 lugs cost less than $40. I would have accepted $100, as there is no "extraction" required or really anything other than using a 22.5 mm socket rather than a 22mm. So I stopped at AutoZone on the way home and purchased a pack of 20 lug nuts for $39. To no ones shock, not one nut was swollen. All 20 came off just fine with a standard 22mm socket and battery powered impact wrench. This is the definition of fraud. I will be reporting this to the attorney general as well as leaving reviews anywhere I can. This is at least borderline, if not outright criminal behavior. I have disputed the $200 they charged for the tires, and am getting identical tires elsewhere for over $500 cheaper. Stay away from these criminals if you care about your wallet or your vehicle.

I was in for an inspection and while it was busy, the staff were all attentive, efficient and friendly, doing their best to provide a positive customer experience. James and Garrett were both very helpful. The woman up front (didn't catch her name) was very patient, calm and helpful. I'll definitely be back for other auto needs,
